Rochester Champs Elysees

Perfect location. 5 minute walk from the Champs Elysees. Literally across the street from a metro. Around the corner from Le Julien bakery, perfect place for a morning coffee, croissant, baguette, etc. The street it's on, Rue De Bowtie is filled with cafes and brasseries just minutes away. We had the junior suite for my wife and our two teenage kids. We had a queen bed and the kids had a pull out sofa in the other room which was big enough to comfortably fit them.

The breakfast was ok but not worth 25 euro.

the room was huge. staff accommodated our every need. we was travelling with an 18 month old and the cot was set up in the room when we arrived. staff polite and friendly, went over and beyond to call restaurants/ book cabs to make our stay enjoyable. location was perfect walking distance to almost all tourist spots

The staff, Gloria, Dominique, Thomas, Jessie were superb! They helped us arrange dinner reservations, tours, taxis for 6 and more! Answered all our American tourist questions.

I always love a hotel where breakfast is included. I don't recall the difference in the room rate to have that included. It was $25 per person at the hotel so we only a breakfast there once. However, I will say it was a full buffet.

overall atmosphere, very chic and decorated with lot of taste, good color matching, the spa was very nice too, was just missing a jacuzzi

they could pay more attention to details, prepare your bed with your slippers and sweets when going to bed, also we staid on 8th floor and there was iron, empty glass bottles visible and not tidied up

Breakfast inclusion was a plus and we enjoyed the option of an American cusine as well as French cuisine

The concierges should be more knowledgeable about activities happening in the area. We had a very unpleasant experience not being able to get back to the hotel because we were not informed that the Tour de France would shutdown the city. We were stuck for hours and were unable to return to the hotel until after 11 pm. We should have been informed of this before they booked our activity. We were also booked to tour a museum on a Monday, a day the museum is closed.

First, the staff is wonderful across the board & went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Secondly, our room - a mini-suite - was fairly priced & much larger than most rooms at similar hotels…charmingly decorated, and completely comfortable. Many Parisian boutique hotels don’t have AC (it was August) or elevators - the Roosevelt had both. We stayed 3 weeks (for work & a little pleasure) & it felt like a little apartment, minus kitchen. The soaking tub was wonderful. We had to ask for extra washcloths & hangers, but staff was happy to oblige. They were also diligent in their masking/COVID precautions. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated & even has a small but elegant gym/spa…and there are lots of quiet corners & a little outdoor garden where you can steal away with a book. It’s just off the Champs-Élysée, surrounded by charming little side streets to explore. Our room was over the courtyard & amazingly quiet, which meant a lot after long days. Everything is nearby - from Monoprix to whatever you could possibly want to eat or drink. I would definitely return & highly recommend this lovely & convenient place!

No restaurant/bar - except for breakfast which was (IMO) on the expensive side.

Excellent location at 5 min walking distance to Champs Elysees and very close to metro Long breakfast time is great, breakfast is served until 1.30pm Staff is very nice, especially the restaurant. Stayed in the junior suite and the size of the room accommodates nicely a family of four with lots of space. Room was clean and even the sofa bed was comfy. Front desk very helpful esp Ms Gloria who was ever ready to help. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, retail outlets and metro.

Everything. Rooms are beautifully decorated,spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

They just need to work a bit on the breakfast options

If you order taxi, will be late due the traffic front the hotel but not hotel problem
