Hôtel Le Cardinal by Happyculture

We stayed in a triple room and it was actually 3 single beds and not a sofa bed. Everything about this hotel is great!, Staff are excellent, its a perfect location for food and the metro plus the hotel has a bar, lifts, breakfast and is clean. Its great value for money and is a modern hotel. The only one thing I would add is that it would be great to have additional plug sockets or usb points near the beds for charging phones, etc. whilst in bed but overall we will be back- loved it!

Nothing- just add some additional plug sockets and usb ports near the bed heads so that you can charge phones etc.

great location, colorfully painted and decorated. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to many restaurants, supermarket and shops, and Montmantre. Uber and taxi and metro close.

At first we had a room at 6 floor (606), which looked like hobbit room with tiny roof window. We were so upset because the room that I booked was completely different, but in case that we came very late that room was the last one. Next day we asked for another room and we got very nice room with small Parisian style balcony on 4 floor (403), it was very bright, more stylish and more comfortable. it was pretty warm room. Beds were comfortable to sleep and clean. The district very nice with amazing architecture. A lot of different restaurants were around and a metro stations were also not so far. And approximately 15 minutes to Moulin Rouge.

There are several things that we didn’t like for example there were only two sockets in the room and it’s pretty much not enough. Also it would be good to have big mirror in the room not just in the bathroom. And they don’t serve any food even the coffee to the room, just to know. In general it’s not that much important but would nice to have.

the Staff were so friendly and patient with my poor French-speaking skills. the location was great for me, with access to shopping, Metro stations and suitable vegan food options all a short walk away. It was a great price and a great comfort to stay here. I liked it so much I will probably book this hotel again the next time I am in Paris. And it has an elevator!

nothing I disliked, it checked all the boxes of what I look for. I stayed at a different hotel for the first part of my trip so my expectations were low, I was pleasantly surprised it exceeded my expectations and then some!

A very friendly and nice hotel, definitely beyond our expectations. Amazing and kind staff, especially Corinne from reception. A clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location, the hotel has water, soda, and a professional coffee/espresso machine, available to guests free of charge (very practical and helpful). We really enjoyed it, thank you very much.

The price was excellent because we booked so early. Location was excellent and all the neighborghood also. Breakfast was good enough. All was clean and staff was very friendly.

On brakfast one day there were no eggs, other day no bagette. Not so bad. On reception we were told that the breakfast is until 11. am. but the waitress said to us, that on weekdays it will be until 10 am. In front of hotel read that breakfast is until 10.30 am.

The staff were very friendly, spoke English and made us feel very welcome. The room had a small fridge and very nice small Parisian balcony that you could actually sit on which were both a nice surprise! There’s a supermarket and a little bakery at the end of the street as well as some nice restaurants and metro stops nearby. Very nice interior decor in the lobby too.

There wasn’t a full length mirror which was a tad annoying. The shower was very nice but the door was a bit unstable. Not much to complain about though really!

Excellent position, quite close to 2 metro stations. Many pastry shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean, the bathroom also. Bed was very comfortable. Room not very spacious, but we were really in the hotel only to sleep, so we didn't mind it at all. Had the view on the internal yard, so no "panoramic", but very quiet. The hotel is located in a small, closed to an end street, so no excessive traffic. We loved the location!

Staff is awful. We had previous experience with "French hospitality" - always negative - and this time was no different. At check in, the guy in the reception kept talking on the phone, even if were there several minutes already, looking straight into his eyes. He didn't even had the decency to sketch a sign or something, like saying: "sorry guys, need to finish this call, be with you in a few minutes"... or anything else. Than the check-in process took quite a while as well. Next day staff was a little better.

we had a very nice stay here at Hotel Le Cardinal! the staff was polite and efficient. They satisfied my request for a room with a street view (thank you so muuuuch!) The room was clean and functional, near Montmartre and near to Metro stops ! They also have a beverage corner so you can refill your water bottle or take a hot tea! If i went back to paris I would choose them again :)
