Laz' Hotel Spa Urbain Paris

We upgraded to a loft room 604, which had a balcony and was much more spacious than the standard double. The staff especially Haeminder was very lovely and welcoming. Loved that I could arrange a champagne package as an add on for my husband birthday. Which was a good surprise for him. The location was nice.

The pool was too tiny that I couldn’t get to have a swim as too many people were in it at same time. It is nice there’s a pool but would be even better if they allocated time slots for everyone interested in using it. Thanks

the front staff were outstanding and really made our visit to Paris. the room was cleaned every day and it was done excellently. everyone was friendly and helpful. it was great having ice water available at all times. whatever we asked for was accommodated in a timely fashion. The crowing glory was to ride in a limousine to the airport which was arranged by the hotel. This hotel ranks high for stays I’ve had in many places globally. would recommend it to anyone seeking a positive experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) who was there on Monday to greet us and check us out on Tuesday morning. She had lots of great information and was so friendly and funny!

The steam room was a bit cold, but I'm sure if I had asked the staff would have helped, I was happy to stick with the sauna anyway. The room was small for a twin room but it is an amazing location

The bookable pool was a big plus with our grandson - He loved the fact that it was just the four of us in it and it was a lovely pool, not huge but plenty large enough for us. The balconies were great for the evenings, and will be great for breakfasts too in warmer weather and once the building opposite is finished. It looks like that will be quite soon.Hotel sound-proofing was good.

All good. The Hotel couldn't help the building work going on opposite but that'll soon be finished and wasn't too noisy anyway because the hotel's sound proofing is good.

My partner enjoyed the pool and swam all 5 days of our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We both loved the location of the hotel.

It's no fault of the hotel, but we could feel the metro every time it passed underground while in bed. We both enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again and simply request a room on a higher floor (we stayed on the 1st floor).

Very nice hotel. Good location - walking distance to many places but also lots of metro stations nearby. Really nice pool and spa area.

It would have been nice if breakfast was served in the patio area to take advantage of the weather and on the second day our room was not cleaned until very late in the day (probably as Sunday is a common check-out day) but these are minor points and overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

We loved the location and the decor of the hotel. The room had great lighting and even better in the bathroom. We loved having the amenities of the coffee machine, fridge, blow dryer and access to an iron. At reception they had fruit infused water which we loved and of course the beautifully displayed sweets. The products used right through out the hotel were great and the aroma was beautiful. There was a beautiful court yard which gave us that little bit more to chill outside. Also 3 min walk to the train station was amazing. Easy in and out access to the city.

Everything was lovely. No complaints.

The location was very good for the activities that we had set up during our stay. Also the staff was very warm and accommodating.

One time that they cleaned the rom, the sheets had stains on them. The sheets had obviously been washed already but the stains just appeared to jot come out. When we notified them of this the immediately had someone come and change the sheets for us.

Staff was helpful and friendly. It's a very nice location, close to many good bars/restaurants and attraction.

Because the insulation was not that good it was a bit noisy in the morning.

Check-in was easy, and the room was a nice size. It faced the courtyard, so it was very quiet. It was hot in Paris, so I took advantage of the pool and spa to cool off and decompress.

The location is a bit far from many of the attractions I wanted to visit, and since it was hot, that was a bit unpleasant. It's about a 20-minute walk down to the Seine.
