B Montmartre

They offer a very good breakfast and you can have it in a nice patio. We received help making reservations for dinner and for the taxi to the airport. We also could leave our luggage in the hotel after check-out, to spend time in the city before our late flight. There's a good number of staff people and all of them have a great attitude.

The triple room was small for three people. Perhaps with children is fine, but for two adults and one teenager felt crowded.

A very nice little hotel in a quiet little side street around the corner from busy Place de Clichy. Short walking distance to Metro and Montmartre, and lots of nice little new restaurants and wine bars in the small streets of the very interesting, bustling and young area of Batignolles. The decor of the hotel is very tasteful and chic, the room beautifully done in somber colours with great comfort of the bed and large bathroom. And seldom have I seen such beautiful and practical lighting done so well of a hotel room! There is obviously put in a good deal of thought behind all the details, and it did not go unnoticed;-)The room was quiet, even though it faced the little side street very close to a big busy square. Pillows very comfortable. But the best factor of B Montmartre is the exceptional customer service of the staff. I stayed 7 nights altogether, traveling in between. And all the staff working at the front desk was outstanding! So nice, personable, and they went out of their way to make my stay special and comfortable and make me happy in any way they could. When I first arrived, I asked to change rooms because I was a bit disappointed. And they just handled my request so gracefully and nicely until I was pleased. Always with politeness, grace and a smile. So thank you so much to Emmanuel, Rubem and all the wonderful staff! You made my stay so wonderful. And I am very grateful for the "extra" service of bringing me things so I could eat something when I became very sick and was stranded in my room for the last 2 days of my stay. The tables at breakfast was very close together, so it was a bit difficult to squeeze between them getting in and out when helping yourself from the buffet. When thinking about covid it is not perfect. Could have been some wine and snacks in the minibar, but I suppose it is because of Covid restrictions? But there was water bottles replaced every day when drunk, and that was great!

Quiet, elegant, quaint, and beautiful. Modern art decorated the lobby, bar and dining areas, the court yard is beautiful with plants and trees, the rooms (though a bit on the smaller side) have comfy beds, modern bathroom fixtures and a toilet that warms your tushy. Very lovely. The staff… INCREDIBLE! They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They helped accommodate one of us who had been injured prior and had a walker. They gave us directions or referrals to anywhere we needed, no hesitation to get us anything we wanted. The owner himself was willing to help or be of assistance. They have an amazing team and, even if the hotel hadn’t been fantastic (which it was), I would stay with them over and over again just to get to see them. This will be my home away from home.

I travel a lot. Sometimes a hotel is comfortable but the staff are stand offish. Sometimes the staff are lovely but the food isn’t great. Etc. B Montmartre is the rare venue that strikes the perfect balance. Nothing is too much trouble for the adorable team who are so willing to help without losing their own personalities. The mattresses are very comfortable, the air con efficient and quiet, even the noise in the street fades fast aft 11pm ish. And those charcuterie and cheese boards… we will miss them and all the team. A fantastic stay.

I thought I didn’t like the coffee but when I mentioned it they insisted on making me another one and I did so… nothing, there’s nothing I didn’t like about it.

Rooms were comfortable, modern, and the classic room facing garden (#39) was super spacious. All the facilities were exceptional, the daily breakfast was great, and all the staff spoke English and were extremely accommodating. Plus, the location is perfect in Paris - nearby many restaurants and shops, Metro: Place de Clichy, and short taxis to all the major sights. We picked this hotel because it was on the same Metro line as Stade de France and it was so easy to get to the Beyonce concert!

In general, everything went well. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was big enough and the coffee machine with all their extras was perfect. I did not hear anything from the street or other rooms, therefore I am pretty satisfied. The staff was always ready to help and very service-oriented. The colleague from the bar was also always helpful.

There is really nothing I did not like, the overall experience was really satisfactory. We did not have the chance to try the breakfast, but it looked really good. Besides that, the only suggestion is to put a better light in the room for the women in order to do their make-up, the current lights are not so bright and it is complicated. Price could be better, but it is also Paris and a 4-star hotel, so it was in the expected price range.

We booked last minute due to a change of plans and were happy in general with the hotel. The main selling point is the staff, who were all lovely and so helpful. The area is great - close to the metro and lots of excellent bars and restaurants. It's more Batignolles than Montmartre, which is not a bad thing. The hotel bar and little garden are nice and relaxing. Our room was comfortable and quite quiet. There was lots of space, which is not always the case in Paris.

There were some things in the room that didn't work properly - the Japanese toilet, the coffee machine, the phone, no extractor fan in the bathroom. It didn't bother us too much as we were only there for one night but some repairs are definitely needed.

The hotel is bijou, but absolutely lovely and the staff are outstanding. Other hoteliers should send their employees here to see how customer service is done properly. I can't really fault this hotel, other than our room being too small for two people.

Our room was too small for two people, but not the hotels fault as the room is sold as a single room, but does sleep two people because you get a double bed. With two people in the room there isn't much room to manoeuvre, but for our three night break we managed - any longer than this and with more luggage it would be a struggle.

Great location, close to many restaurants, train, and local attractions such as Moulin Rouge, and Sacre Coeur. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I could not fault them. Having a nice green internal courtyard to relax in or have a drink was a bonus. Bed was comfy and the room was quiet.

Rooms are small, the only way to fit 2 suitcases in the room is to push them under the bed to provide space. I had booked a classic double room and would recommend booking a larger room if the budget allows. There was also minimal hanging space and no drawers to put clothes in. Decor was based on a dark theme, which is not my personal preference but may delight others.

Great room and amenities. Excelent staff! Superb breakfast!
