the lady on reception was very rude . we were trying to get a cab to the station and she was unhelpful and inconsiderate. The gentleman on arrival was lovely . it is a shame that our lasting impression was a rude receptionist who made us feel uncomfortable and as if we were asking for the world. when asked about transport to the airport , she said , well it’s Monday and people go to work ! try the metro .

Super easy check in and check out Staff were available and more than happy to help with anything! - stored our bags for a few hours after check out, extra milk for tea, umbrella to take out with us - really can’t praise the staff enough, very good customer service Great location - walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and beautiful restaurants, also metros stations nearby Good extras - the bathroom had lovely little minis, good hair dryer, free water and fizzy drinks, massive TV with Netflix

We sadly got a room with a really bad view - closely facing the back of a building and it’s bins Someone continuously knocked on our door early one of the mornings and the next morning someone tried to enter our room twice with a key card at about 7:30am - no warning of anyone needing to come in so we were awoken randomly very early because of this The beds were slightly uncomfortable - not massively though

It was one of the most amazing stays I had, we were very close to the Eiffel Tower, and very close to the metro to go anywhere you wanted in Paris. The staff was super friendly the helped me with a lot of things they were more than friendly with me they have welcomed my needs and questions with an open heart, I thank every single one of them for their hard work and competent. As for the room it was so big or so small it was suitable for me, the bed was in a very great size, also the bathroom was really good, the bathroom will look a pit old shape wise but it is great and nothing wrong with it. You also have a very amazing bakery just next to the hotel which will add a very nice taste to your stay. Last but not least if you decide one day to take breakfast from the hotel, which by the way is very good, you can take your breakfast in their outdoor area and enjoy the weather, also when ever you feel like going out of your room and stay somewhere else to drink coffe from your own machine in your room or just to change or relax yourself, you can head down and set where ever you like they are open for you.

Nothing really bothered me during this stay with this hotel everything worked well.

An excellent hotel with an excellent location. Very good administrator. Explained everything in detail, helped with parking. The room was overlooking the tower. Opposite the hotel there is a supermarket with everything you need. A large number of cafes. Great place to explore Paris.

On the day of departure, we were left hungry due to the fact that a couple of pieces of sausage were left from the food. We were offered to wait, but they immediately brought tea, which had cooled down after half an hour waiting for the omelette. As a result, we did not wait for the omelet, having eaten a couple of pieces of sausage and washed down with cold tea. An employee at the restaurant said that he was alone and did not have time to do anything. This spoiled our initial impression of the hotel. In the photo - the entire range of the restaurant for breakfast. We believe that the money for such a breakfast should be returned.

- Quiet but still central location close to the Eiffel tower - great breakfast - friendly staff - large rooms for Paris standards - And my daughter loved the parrots in the lobby.

les marquis Eiffel is the best hotel in Paris by far !!!! location was excellent , across the street from a supermarket - a delicious bakery on corner and if you run out of clean clothes a laundry close by !!! it is literally 5 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower and champs de mar - a park that is a wonderful place to enjoy the Eiffel Tower and people watch!! the rooms here are a very nice , very clean, beds are excellent , we didn’t have the breakfast because there were too many cute bistros etc close by to eat - but people said it was very good !!! BUT- the staff here is exceptional -special thx to Louise- who is able to meet every expectation and go above and beyond every time - Vicky - who we love - at the front desk , so very nice and knows everything ,Loie- we love you man - and Judy - was also amazing too !! so the people that work here are exceptional - and we are quite picky and have high expectations when we travel !!!

to be honest - we could not find anything wrong , except an ice bucket would be good - and light blankets - the down comforters are very hot !!! the laptop in their lobby are is not connecting properly as well !!! internet works well in the rooms !

Could not of imagined a better place to stay for our time in Paris. The property itself was beautiful, and our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The little view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony was a lovely little bonus. The location was phenomenal, the Eiffel Tower was only a few mins away, and the Dupliex metro station was close and convenient. All of the staff we dealt with were delightful, and I adore Coco and Oscar.

We could hear our neighbours come and go and hear them in the next room occasionally during our stay, but I wouldn’t say it wasn’t a real deal breaker for us.

Overall the hotel was wonderful. We really appreciated the comfortable bed, air conditioning, windows opening onto the lovely courtyard. Fresh beverages provided each day in the mini fridge was a nice touch. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very nice on the two days we chose to eat at the hotel, with good selection, but it was a bit expensive for breakfast. Nearby amenities were excellent- bakery on the corner, supermarket across the street. The metro is a five minute walk, which is nice, and the concierge helped us by printing photos so we could get a weekly pass during our stay.

The only negatives about our stay, which hopefully the hotel will fix for future guests: 1. The bathtub (room 501) drains so slowly that you cannot take a shower without standing in several inches of water the whole time. 2. The cabinet for the refrigerator holds in all of the heat that the refrigerator generates. Ideally, they should cut out the back of the cabinet so the heat can escape. We ended up leaving the cabinet open because if it was closed the fridge would not stay cold enough to keep our food and drinks cold. 3. We never could quite figure out the thermostat- the air conditioning worked well but if you tried to set a temperature and leave it on “auto” it would just stay on and get colder and colder.

We love Paris, and this is our second time staying in this lovely hotel. the staff are amazing we checked in with Diana. and she was a very lovely and she helped us go through the checking with no questions and worries. She was very humble and even my kids love her, thanks diana and thanks to all the staff.

the location is great walking distance to Effile tower, there is a supermarket very close to the hotel. and the area is safe and child friendly. there is park just 3 min walk for the kids. and the park that opposite to Effile tower have some games for the kids. we love everything about this place.

Lovely boutique hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean with good facilities - tea/coffee and soft drinks in the minibar and nice clean bathroom. the staff were so friendly and welcoming, it made the stay. fabulous location too. 10 min walk tow Eiffel Tower and 5 min walk to metro and great Main Street with restaurants and bars.
