Hotel Eiffel Capitol

location was great for the Eiffel Tower and boat along the Seine. Continental breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and polite - informative if required. Rooms were excellent - Paris hotel rooms are small but I was aware of this. Shower gel provides, kettle in rooms. There is an Italian across from the hotel which is ok to eat in - also many other places to eat surrounding, Chinese around the corner was cheap and pretty good. supermarkets near by. Also Cafe Dupleix around the corner.

I was happy with all aspects and fitted my requirements

The rooms were ample size,we are Asians so not a big deal but if others (who is taller and big) may find it a bit cramped. Beds are comfy and temperature were just about right. Cleanliness are at par and tidied up nicely again by the staff the next day. Having a small dining area for breakfast is always a bonus especially if you are not in the mood to look around for place to eat in. It's buffet so it will fill you up before you set off for your day activities but you have to tell the reception one day ahead so they could include your entourage for the next day buffet breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant stay,receptionist was professional and service with the smile and very kind to give us directions within the vicinities,it was really helpful for us who could not speak much of the language.

I cannot find any fault just because our stay was straight forward and pleasant. Am I going back to stay? Yes, of course! Would I recommend the hotel, oh yeah!.. to all my relatives and friends. To the hotel admin-thank you for your kind and friendly service.

Met overall purpose of stay with helpful staff, good cleaning facilities and breakfast. Good location for Eiffel Tower and pick up bus for Disneyland as well as being very close to a metro station.

The shower needed a door to completely close it in from the rest of the bathroom, if you tilted it to meet the purpose then it made the floor wet. The kettle slightly leaked when poured, once I got boiling water on my bare foot and no black tea was provided in the room.

Arrived at around 11pm. Check in was very smooth and efficient. Had a room on the first floor. There was a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom. Only one pillow on the bed but there was another in the wardrobe. There was a kettle, tea and coffee, and a biscuit and the hotel also had gel in the shower. The hotel is a 5-7 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The gentleman in check-in even asked if I was okay leaving the hotel at 11:15pm! I also used Dupleix metro station which was about a 60 second walk away. I only stayed for 1 night but the room was clean, affordable, and quiet. On check out, a different gentleman was on reception. He was equally as polite. I had to pay the government tax which was 1.88€ (I think, from memory) but this is stated when booking on booking.com. I left my suitcase using the free left luggage and collected it at around 5:30pm. It was very secure inside a locked room and you get given a tag to collect it. Overall a very enjoyable experience, excellent location. Would recommend and would stay again! Thank you!

Location is great, can walk till the Eiffel, metro station is also at a walking distance, great room and also have a provision for breakfast, if one wishes. Can keep the luggage safely even after checking out. Rooms may appear to be a bit smaller in size but shouldn't be an issue. Rooms are as displayed in the images, clean and great.

One of the lights wasn't working in the bathroom, it was rather fluctuating on and off, rooms are not entirely sound proof, one can hear the noise from neighbouring rooms. At the arrival, I was told I would get the first coffee free but later when I asked for it, the other person who sat at night initially resisted and asked me for a couple of Euros. I told him to confirm with the other guy who told me about the coffee but the behaviour appeared a bit off. Later though he did allow me to have my free coffee, thanks to him. No electric kettle in the room but had coffee sachets in the room itself. Perhaps one would have to come downstairs for it l, maybe?

As soon as we arrived at the property we were greeted with such lovely staff members. We arrived at 10:30am so was a little early for check in. Staff were accommodating and said we were allowed to store are bags in the storage room until we arrived back as we were going to Disneyland for the day. They put tags on our luggage and give us slips to show proof when we arrived back at the hotel and we were on our way! Room was lovely and clean!

As we arrived back to the hotel at 1am after a very long day at Disneyland, our luggage and personal belongs were still in reception where we had left them! I was mortified about this. Shower was way too small and cramped. We could hardly move!

The staff were so nice and went out of their way to give us the best experience. They all spoke good english which was very helpful. We used their iron and also borrowed a uk/europe plug which was free of charge. On the second day we had the buffet breakfast which had a nice selection of food. (not English breakfast) My boyfriend who travels a lot, thought it was a 5 star hotel and was surprised to find out it was 3stars The room itself was very clean with a bath and shower. The bed was comfy and the room had aircon & heating. It is in a perfect location with a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel tower and a 2 min walk from the metro. 10/10 would stay again

The location was 10/15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and located near some really popular bakeries, pubs, restaurants! The hotel staff were welcoming and it was monitored 24/7. Our room had excellent air condition, with a comfortable bed, spare pillows and lovely lights on the headboard. The shower was confusing to work as the slightest touch and it could be extremely hot or cold, but once you find the spot it was nice.

I loved that it was a short walk to the Eiffel tour, great restaurants located in a short walking distance Friendly staff - we had an issue with air con and they rectified it and were helpful. Rooms are very clean and breakfast had great options

I find with a lot of Europe holiday stays the beds are quite hard, it’s not soft but still not to bad

This hotel is nicely decorated with a modern feel to it. It was perfect for our family needs. We were travelling with 3 small children and the connecting rooms helped us to feel like our children were safe. The location is very good, walking distance to the eiffel tower.

Our double buggy didn't fit in the lift unfortunately but we were kindly told we could leave it in the reception area. It just meant we had to wake and carry two sleeping children to their room.
