Hôtel Eiffel XV

Super location: 15 mins walk to La Tour Eiffel. Quiet at night. Lovely and clean: floor swept and bed made every day. Crisp bed linen and comfy bed. Could have done with a couple more pillows but it was a long way up and down the stairs to ask for them, so we made do with what we had! Modern bathroom with super shower pressure. Friendly and chatty staff who helped me with my two bags on arrival. 5th floor room with no lift made great comedy for my boyfriend and I! Added to the charm...and as the French say "c'est normal" :)

Be aware there is no lift. I knew when booking and it wasn't a problem for us. You have to be aware that 5th floor is a killer on spiral stairs haha! Bonne chance!

I liked the location, how the staff went out of their way to help us, very fast to respond on booking.com , it was just a standard hotel really :)

a load of thick dust under the bed, couldn’t open the windows, only 1 pillow each, one of the night staff was playing videos till 2am on their phone- as on ground floor we heard it till turned off,

The room was much larger than expected and quiet. Bathroom was a good size. We were lucky to be on the first floor as knew there was no lift. Staff very friendly and great that we could store our luggage after check out. The hotel is situated in a really nice area with lots of restaurants and close to the metro. Walkable to the Eiffel Tower too.

On our last night the air con/lights kept cutting out and then turning back on...this was very loud all night and as it was so hot we needed the air con. The previous night had been fine so not sure why this happened..maybe system was overloaded with the extreme heat.

Very good location. Close to metro and Eiffel tower. Very clean and the room size as we imagined it would be in Paris. We also knew there was no lift in the hotel so we weren't surprised to have to climb to the fifth floor. We had an advantage of travelling light

We travelled during the low season so there were little guests and little noise. But I got an impression that sound isolation from the hall wasn't that good. During the high season this might have been a problem. Especially if you're a light sleeper

Great location, safe and quiet. Room was impeccably clean. Location a bit far from the sites (except the Eiffel Tower), but easily accessible on public transport so easy to go around and see the sites and know you can head back at dark safely and sleep on a quiet street.

The walls are paper thin so you can hear the other guests talking, showering or even coughing in their room, and noises from the street. A simple white noise app on my phone solved the problem so I could sleep well. Street had normal noisy motorcycles like all big cities in France, but it was a relatively quiet street so it was less of an issue than other hotels I’ve stayed at in Paris.

Bedroom was a great size, bed was comfortable and lots of storage. The room was well looked after.AC worked perfectly.

I requested an extra pillow (you are only given one thin pillow each) and I did not receive it. Which meant I didn't sleep very well. A lot of mould around the shower. Toilets didn't flush very well. Do not stay here if you cannot walk well up stairs. The stairs are very narrow and hard to get a suitcase up. No lift.

The property was good and staff were always there 7/24 which is amazing because it was our first time and we were needed lots of help to discover the city and the staff were really helpful. The hotel is middle of everywhere. Train is very close, restaurants, eiffel tower, supermarkets. We like it so so much and probably will come back soon. Thank you for your kindness and help,

Unfortunately cleaning could be better as we have found hairs on our bed and pillow. Bathroom cleaning was okay but bed is the most important thing since the covid is not yet over.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a few minutes' walk to the Eiffel Tower, yet in a quiet area without noise. The room was very clean, and the Bed was very comfortable. And the staff is so kind and friendly, we had a wonderful time with the staff at the reception. Although we have traveled through many locations and stayed in many hotels in life, the staff of this hotel is in the top 3 best. All recommendations.

Everything was great.

The staff is friendly. The room is clean (daily cleaning), good wifi, close location to the metro, bus stops and boats. The hotel is located on a quiet street. Many of the main attractions are also within walking distance. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

The only negative is the good audibility of the neighbors in the rooms and in the hallway. But since we stayed for three nights, left in the morning and returned late in the evening, this did not interfere too much.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was really nice and the shower was great. We were on the third floor which is accessed by stairs but that wasn’t a problem for us. The window in the room was picturesque. The room was serviced daily and the staff that we saw were lovely and helpful.
