Great staff. Like the location and nearby restaurants.

They turned off the air on our second day and basically told us that’s what they do and it could not be changed. The room was very warm and not having a fan or air made it hard to sleep. At $691 a night they should do better.

Fabulous night staff. Both gentlemen working nights were gracious, helpful, elegant, interesting and accommodating. One felt tended to. Lobby and shared areas were comfortable and varied- places to read write work. Waterfall in the steam is incredible.

Day staff could learn some hospitality finesse from the night staff. Usually there is a yes response to be found but i met with some unreasonable hard no - no we can’t send breakfast or coffee to your room because breakfast ended 5 minutes ago??? Really? In the breakfast room i watch the staff warmly receive guests who appear even 20 minutes later. This is a will to No, which has little place in hospitality. Hammam is fabulous - it would help if staff gave more explanation of how to access and operate.

A very well located place and connected to all major streets and boulevards in Paris. The hotel looks like a renovated and refurbished Parisian building with pleasant modern decorations inside. The room size is relatively large enough compared to other buildings in Paris.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a parking. Parking in Paris are scarce and extremely expensive even if you get lucky to find a public parking spot. Also, it’s not safe for luxury cars to be left overnight in the streets. Eventually, I booked online a one week membership for a parking spot for place 800 meters away from the hotel wish was really inconvenient especially that we’re traveling with little kids.

Liked the staff overall. The girl who greeted us should have reminded us about the spa and did not. Also that there was free water in the fridge. Recommending an expensive restaurant that requires a 48hhour reservation (when you arrive and are famished) is not a good recommendation. Get a restaurant list together.

Overall the property was a good solid hotel but €500 per night is hard to justify without some real perk(s). No breakfast included!

The staff is exceptional, bar none. They are professional, helpful, and welcoming. When my wallet was stolen in the subway, they helped me navigate the complex system for reporting it. They even called the Metro lost & found number for me since I do not speak French. They were always helpful and friendly no matter the time of day or night. We've stayed in many hotels, and very few have met this level of service and comfort. Joseph Radovcic is an absolute gem - kind, professional, and attentive. We could not ask for a better experience. We look forward to returning!

It is hard to find any fault with this hotel. Perhaps my only suggestion might be as a returning guest, to be offered a complimentary breakfast for one morning. But that is small and not at all a criticism of this excellent establishment. Just a suggestion to be considered in the future.

Great location for a lot of restaurants, metro lines, and things to do. While Paris hotel rooms are usually small the double bed option gave us enough space. I also loved that it did not have carpet and housekeeping kept things very clean.

I would book this during the sales or discounted offers as it is a bit expensive.

The hotel is lovely and well located. Most of the staff are wonderful.

The breakfasts were the weakness for our visit. This has stopped an excellent review. One of the staff was quite rude on both mornings. We chose the express breakfast on the first day and were treated quite differently in manner to the second day when we had the full breakfast. Neither are exceptional value. The service in the breakfast room isn’t awful but compares unfavourably with the wonderful service of other staff.

Room was stunning. Quiet. No street noise or neighbor noise. Many windows that opened out. Rooms with blackout curtains. The king bed was very, very comfortable. Shower & bath tub were large. Towel warmers. Wonderful room!

We could not get the coffee maker to work which was disappointing. Location…It was a little south. If you’re coming to Paris for the first time, we would recommend staying in or close to St Germaine de Pres.

Loved all of the staff, except the man that checked us in. He forced us into a room we didn't book and was combative. It wasn't until the next day that we were able to move to the room we booked. All other staff were wonderful, especially Augustus (spelling?). He was so helpful and very nice.

Getting put into a room that had no view, except for construction. It was very difficult and timely to get the man that checked in to do the right thing and give us the room we booked.

Friendly, helpful, staff. Great location near restaurants, shops and Metro stations. Quiet, comfortable room with large, deep bathtub. Very comfortable bed. Expresso machine in addition to a tea kettle. Large elevator plus charming working traditional elevator. Very nice neighborhood.

Nothing! Everyone and everything was great. The room was fairly small, but I travel a lot and understand it's a typical size for a major city. I've stayed in much smaller rooms. I knew the size when I booked.
