I really enjoyed the extremely comfortable and very quiet room I had (great bed), with unusually for Paris, I think, a decent amount of space for bags. The staff were pleasant and very helpful and the breakfast was superb (and I thought was well-priced at 11 euros). I booked this hotel at short notice for just one night because I had finished my Camino a day early and had another hotel in Paris to go to to next day for six nights which I had booked in advance. If I'd known how nice this hotel was (and it's in a great location too), I would have stayed at the Arotel instead of the next hotel I went to.

I didn't like the fact that the pre-authorisation payment wasn't checked before they asked me for my card to pay for the room and breakfast, which meant I unknowingly paid for two nights instead of one and had to wait a few days for reimbursement, but now that I know that this is a common practice with hotels in Paris, I will watch out for it and plan for that in future. I hasten to add this is not a criticism of the Arotel, given it's standard practice - and they reimbursed me in the timeframe they gave - but just really something I wasn't aware of that won't bother me next time because I'll be aware it might happen.

Extremely central to Montparnasse station and metro. We had a view on the Eiffel Tower from the room. And on the station and the Montparnasse tower. We were met by a friendly lady from the place in Spain we were travelling to. We didn't check the breakfast because of a very early train.

It was a little bit warm.

The location was perfect for my travel needs, the windows had been shaded so it was nice and cool. Staff were friendly and helpful. I found a fridge to keep my travel food.

No electric kettle or facilities to make a cup of tea. The shower didn’t drain properly and water flowed to the carpet in the bedroom doorway.

I stayed with this hotel it’s really great location & very convenient for restaurants easy to get transportation. I recommend who want go to paris for vacation book your hotel with Arotel

Breakfast is NOT good & refrigerator is smallest NO microwave

Location was perfect. Easy to access metro and bus. Room service good. Staff was friendly.

Heard a lot of noise from the next rooms. Early morning almost every day around 6 am. Which disturb sleep. Even you can heard noise from the road as well. Could be better.

Perfect location close to the Montparnasse station. Good breakfast. The hotel offers a storage room for your luggage after you've checked out.

The wifi was poor, barely working. The hotel was a bit expensive for a one night stay, but that's Paris.

the hotel has location specially close to all facilities: supermarkets, café, train station, bars, shopping mall. really great

i request twin bed, they gather a single beds together, and it was not comfortable.

Didn't eat the breakfast. The location is excellent! Room was very clean and spacious for a Paris hotel room.

Fabulous Location across from Train Station, very friendly and welcoming. Very cleand and super comy bed, the workspace desk was very handy. Very VERY good rate 10/10 now my prefeered NO1 Hotel to stay in Paris
