nice design boutique hotel, the shower is great and very comforting in this cold winter

Housekeeping let down in many ways: 1. I found some large crumbles in the carpet on the first day, hoping it will be vaccines the next day, didn’t. I ended up put them to the bin with my hands myself. I am allergic to dust, really let down. 2. didn’t change my drinking glass during my 4 days stay, unbelievable!! 3. only give me a bottle of water on day 1, no replenish afterwards, disappointed! 4. after finished the 2 coffee pods, no replenishing, it was only my day 2, what kind of housekeeping service is that. 5. Pillows are poor quality, didn’t give any support to my neck. I have never had problems with pillows in any hotels I stayed before. please upgrade your pillows and improve in housekeeping then you will have 10 stars.

Easy access to metro (#6), not in an overly crowed neighborhood, quaint, decent breakfast option, very clean, comfortable bed, very plush towels, daily room service, good restaurant across the street Maison Edgar. Mostly helpful staff.

on a Wednesday night, the property next door had blaring, electronic music playing till about 2:30-3am. even though we were on a higher floor it was impossible to get any sleep for an early morning trip that we had scheduled. Don’t know if this was a one off but that was our only challenge. Bathroom quite small but this is generally true of all boutique hotels in Paris.

Beautifully decorated modern take on Art Nouveau with matching wallpaper and fabric headboards. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a very comfortable size for us. The bathroom is large and looked like it was remodelled yesterday. Perfect in every way. The towels were the best I've ever used! The staff is particularly pleasant and helpful. The answer was yes to every question. Fresh bottle of water every day.

We only ate the breakfast offered on one day. It was okay, not great. Meats and cheeses looked a bit old, but the pastries were good. Too many better options for the same price on every corner. Lift is the size of a phone booth and stops between floors, so it can be a challenge for large or mobility impaired people.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was easily reachable by several metro stations, not to mention the bus that passes right in front of it. It is also close to a major train station (Gare Montparnasse), and the RER station (which connects to both CDG and ORY airports) is a short walking distance away. I also liked the style: it's a cute little hotel, situated in a rather old but renovated building. Every amenity one would expect for a four-star hotel is present: laundry service, bathroom toiletries, a safe in the room, etc. And all of that is delivered in its own cute and posh style.

As it's an old building, space in general is on the small side. Not only in the rooms, but also in the common areas: the staircase, the lift, the breakfast area. I felt like a gorilla in a doll's house, and I had to constantly watch my movements as I was afraid I was going to break something. But then again, it is central Paris, and space in general is a premium, so this is a very minor point, and I would consider this hotel again if I visit Paris another time.

I loved this little boutique hotel. we stayed on recommendation of a frequent visitor to Paris. I found the rooms small but gather they’re quite spacious for Parisienne hotels. Beautiful decor, friendly helpful staff, handy to metro, patisserie, restaurants and bars. Great location. It feels like a house more than a hotel, loved the old fashioned lift!

The rooms aren’t all equally nice, my daughters was prettier and had a view over Bvd Raspin, mine was nice but plainer and looked out the back which was less attractive. Breakfast wasn’t included in our room rate and was quite expensive for what was available. We ate there once, and then got ourselves breakfast from the local Boulanger, so hardly a complaint. The stairs are very steep and narrow, it wasn’t a problem for us but you will need to carry your bags half a flight from the lift landing to your room.

Breakfast was absolutely brilliant. Cereal and fruit and nuts if you wanted it, but also wonderful French breads and pastries, a good variety of cheese, jambon, etc. The staff were fantastic - always welcoming, morning and night and very helpful. Our room was lovely and clean, although small but that’s Paris accommodation. Location was great for the Metro, walking to Luxemboug Gardens and to Gare Montparnasse, the cemetery, morning markets and great restaurants were only five minutes walk away. Montparnasse Tower was also only a 10 minute walk.

Nothing.

The location was awesome, so easy to walk to many different hot spots. I like walking so 30-45 minute was is great. The bus and train were very accessible and the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and bakeries. I did not try the breakfast due to the extra charge but it smelled delicious! The bed and linens were of great quality and their soaps (hotel brand) are delightful. I bought some to bring home.

When I arrived, the safety box wasn't reset but the issue was resolved within 30min of my arrival. I didn't like that I had to book the iron and ironing board ahead of time. In comparison to other hotels in the area of the same rates and caliber, the breakfast could have been included. Not a problem because you can try many places around the hotel.

The hotel is very charming and gives the typical Paris atmophere of small cosy room and nice view. We loved the place and the interior. It is located perfectly for a tourist's needs - not in a crowded neighborhood but yet near a lot of restaurants and caffeterias and only 200 meters away from Metro station Raspail. The staff was welcoming and nice. The breakfast was good.

The window at our room was broken and there was no other room available. Since we visited in the 2nd half of September, it was windy outside and there was cold wind comming into the room. We managed to fixed it as a DIY project with some tape, friendly shared by the receptionist. However, the whole experiance was unpleasent and I was expecting somekind of compensation from the hotel which did not happened.

the lobby and its decor was adorable. I LOVED the location - so close to the metro and to great food options. our room was nice, and, for Paris, not too cramped.

room wasn't ready at proper time, and when it was, it was made up with one bed though i'd confirmed many times it should be twins including when i checked in. the TEENY elevator is honestly terrifying. Two of us couldn't really fit in there, certainly not with luggage. it opened up to a staircase so i could easily see falling down that. Also, this is odd, but no washcloths! they had some in the lobby bathroom, so i know they exist - so why did we never get any in our room?

I really like this hotel and I tend to come back each time I am in Paris. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, rooms are clean and OK size (for Paris). Breakfast is really good and varied. However what I like the most is that it is a quiet hotel despite being located on a moderately busy boulevard. I find it very easy to relax: the bed is comfy and the room is very quiet. I totally recommend it.

You should be aware that the hotel is not great if you cannot walk easily as there are always some steps to climb either up or down depending on the half-floor the elevator stops. There might be accessible rooms at the ground floor but I honestly do not know. Other than this, noting to remark.
