Beautiful, spacious room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Attentive and friendly service. Our room was ready early which was unexpected. Complimentary bottle of wine, macarons, and stationery with my name on it were a nice touch upon arriving. Location was convenient to the metro and local restaurants and shopping.

The picture of the balcony upon reservation showed a table and chairs. We ended up with a Juliet balcony that was too small to enjoy and had no furniture. Street noise from people leaving the club in the middle of the night made it hard to sleep. I wish we were given a room that wasn’t facing the street, particularly given the rate we paid.

Loved a lot about this place - the location, the design, the staff, the luxury, all the little touches were perfect. The bed with beautiful linen was so comfy. The bathroom beautiful. This place is very chic - it oozes style.

We stayed Saturday to Wednesday and on our first night the (well renowned) club below the hotel was pumping until 4am. We were on the first floor and without earplugs would have had a very bad nights sleep but with them it didn’t actually bother us. Club nights are Thurs - Sat I at the moment so peaceful for the rest of the time.

The hotel is very chic and the rooms are spacious enough. We particularly enjoyed all the personalized touches as well as the welcome details. The staff was superb and always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were all very courteous and always ready to help you. The room was kept clean and organized always! This was well noticed as not many hotels do this anymore. We really liked how the room was cleaned every day and how the staff always checked to see if there was anything else needed. The hotel bar, restaurant and club were amazing as well. There was plenty to explore in Paris but the hotels amenities helped us enjoy it even more. The location is incredible. You can pretty much walk anywhere central and you are surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars, and boulangeries. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it

The lighting levels in the room can be improved but it is not a major item. I'd suggest adding dimmable lights so the lighting can be increase but also decrease and keep the ambiance the hotel is going for in their rooms

lots. wonderful hotel, our delux room was very big, very stylish and had a huge and very comfortable bed. balcony as well. Location great for pretty much all of the areas in Paris we wanted to go to. had a couple of cocktails in the bar one night and they were reasonably priced, as was room service when we had dinner in on one occasion.

only slight complaint would be no coffee-making facilities in the room which meant paying 11 Euros (for two) per morning - which of course adds to the already high price of the room.

The staff was wonderful!!! I was given excellent recommendations for restaurants and directed to a location with the best money exchange rates in the area. The staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated.

The hotel had a live DJ on the weekends and one night it was so loud I could not sleep. I went down to tell the front desk and was told I would receive a partial refund for the night, but I never received the partial refund.

Aside from the history of the hotel and the building it sits in, the Staff is the true rock star. EVERY SINGLE MEMBER of the staff was, kind, generous, helpful and always in a good mood and ready to help. We can't say enough how fantastic this hotel and its staff, (Bar, Restaurant, Front Desk, Door, etc...) are, and how thoroughly we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. A very charming hotel with excellent facilities and history. Staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend. We have been to Paris many times over the years and this was by far our best experience of a hotel. Made this visit more enjoyable than ever. Will definitely be our hotel in Paris.

Staff were very helpful, hotel was clean and comfortable with plenty of privacy. The location is convenient for Gare du Nord, though the surrounding streets and neighbourhood are not exceptionally pleasant.

In the Hammam the steam room was not hot enough, not the shower cold enough. I expect the rate I paid was typical for an equivalent hotel in Paris, but personally I found it seemed very expensive and not exceedingly good value for money.

This is a cool hotel with lots of quirky features which make it a delight to come back to. There are plenty of staff, all of whom are good and some, like Mathilde, are exceptional. Rooms are comfortable, well equipped, spacious and well decorated. Having been here once we would not hesitate to return on our next trip to Paris.
