room was good size, shower area was very small.

Room was not well heated. Someone from the hotel came into the room while we were out and removed a key-card we had left so the room was dark (and unheated?) when we returned later that evening. I had to get a new key also. The hotel took the payment before I left London and then took it again at a worse exchange rate on my arrival, refunding me the earlier payment later the same day. The difference I paid while not significant was not what was originally agreed. On the second night there was a rave next door (?) and it went on till almost 5 am in the morning. I was closest to the window and I was ‘hit’ by the vibrations the entire night till it stopped – so, I slept very badly.

The proximity of the hotel to the tourist attractions and restaurants.

The stairs. I only live in southern France, so my luggage was not heavy. But my poor friend had big luggage because Paris was not our only trip, and she had to bring it up and down the stairs, which was quite a challenge. This is my only dislike, but we tried to manage. On the way to the nearest Metro, a number of Parisians helped her carry her luggage down, and we deeply appreciate that. (I cannot carry anything heavy because of my health issue and we tried to help each other still)

The location is excellent, the beds are very comfortable, the room was warm and clean. the staff are so friendly.

the bathroom could have been cleaner (pink soap mould on the shower curtain and the tiles) however the toilet, basin and towels were immaculate. it was noisy outside as the hotel is opposite a club that is open until 4am, however, I wore earplugs so didn’t hear a thing! we wanted a central location so this is something to be expected and accepted.

It was a great location. It was close to the metro and Chatalet Les Halles. The cleaners came in every day and did a great job. The shower was small but had plenty of hot water. The person at the desk when I arrived was very kind.

The carpet definitely needs to be replaced in the room I stayed in. It had stains that someone tried to get out so there were spots all over the dark carpet. Even adding a small rug on top of the spots would be better.

The location was perfect, lots of nice restaurants nearby, market, Louvre, Pompidou centre, Seine within walking distance. Good underground connection. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room had everything we needed. Much more than a two star hotel. They allowed us to rebook our room for a fortnight when we could not keep our initial date at short notice due to strike action.

+ we booked a tripple room and it was much more than we thought! bigger room than we expected and perfect for three friends travelling together. location was perfect for us, walking around in Marais, Westfield mall close by, metro station on our street which made it easy to explore other areas of Paris and also loads of cute shops, stores and restaurants in the area in general.

- no shampoo and conditioner. stairs, not really an issue for us but just to be aware that it’s quite many stairs to carry your luggage at arrival and departure.

Very good location in center of the old town. Very kind personnel, good breakfasts. Clean hotel with everyday service. I felt like at home.

The variety of breakfasts were so tiny, but the quality of served food was really, really good, so if that's not a big deal for you, take this hotel with breakfasts. Also, the restaurant next to reception is very small, but during my stay i didn't experienced any problems with that.

The reception were very nice, check in process went very smooth and all questions were answered. Many cafes and restaurants are within close walking distance from the hotel and the area is lively. Wifi was good and the breakfast although very simple but yet very nice and the croissants were very very fresh and tasty. The room was very clean, size is a little small but honestly I did not have an issue especially that I was travelling alone. The service and attitude of the workers there are more than nice and friendly :)

Nothin much but I think maybe the process of collecting the invoice was a little but challenging since I had to make more than one request and two to three calls after checkout but overall people were very nice and helpful and willing to help, I think it is just the invoice process can be managed more efficiently

Great little hotel situated right in the heart of the bustling section of the Marais, yet very quiet and comfortable room. Small, but clean and comfortable. Super convenient to Metro, taxis, Velib/Lime biking. The hotel is in the pedestrian only section so no noisy traffic issues. Awesome little place in super great location. Staff was super responsive, helpful and friendly. With 24-hour staff, it was nice not having to worry about check-in timing, especially since our arrival was delayed by several hours.

The room is very clean and it is cleaned daily. Breakfast is simple, but tasty. Location is great, several metro and bus stops nearby, Notre Dame and RER C (that takes you to the Eiffel Tower) are walking distance. The hotel has a magnet card system and it works as expected, staff is friendly, and the beds are very comfortable. The lobby and corridors look cosy, they are well maintained and regularly cleaned. I recommend this hotel for people who travel to explore Paris and spend a lot of their time in the city.
