Hotel Touraine Opera

Location, location, location. Close to everything, in the lively neighborhood. Great breakfast, tasty and good choice of options. Few metro station around, but you can walk as well to . 20 min to Louvres, 15 to Montmartre, 8 to Opera. But the best is the staff! Nice, professional, really caring. There was a problem with a room and they changed it immediately to much better room. They brought our stuff there with chocolates and a lovely note. Everyone was so kind, attentive and helpful. We were really touched. Especially we would like to thank Kofi (apologies if I spell the name incorrectly) for his patience, kindness and assistance.

Small rooms - but this is typical for Paris, so OK. There is a weird lighting in rooms. IMHO they need to to take a designer who can create more friendly lighting environment. This is an atmospheric hotel and this lighting has nothing to doo we its cozy atmosphere.

Location is close to metro and many restaurants near by hotel. Supermarket just opposite of hotel. Room is nice, wifi is great connection, room size ( Twin Beds) is excess my expectation, at least we have some space to open up 2 big luggages at same time. We are appreciated the front desk staff who named Coffee. When the elevator is not work, he was helped us to bring one of the heavy luggage to our room in high floor. He is helpful and nice. Also, may be we stay 1 week, the hotel provided some homemade cookie in room when check in, it save us due to heavy rain on Sunday night. And they sent us a bottle of champagne and deserts during for celebrate weekend. We also very appreciated for it.

Unfortunately, the elevator is not work when we check in day and check out day ( they repaired the elevator during weekdays, but the elevator is not work again on second weekend. We stayed in high floor, so we need to bring our 5 luggages go up and go down. Hope they will exchange the elevator.

Staff were friendly and helpful and prompt to respond to requests. Due to celebrating a birthday they provided a complimentary bottle of wine and macaroons upon arrival which was a nice touch. Room was small but bed very comfortable. Good location - 20-30 min walk to most locations and 2 metro stations close by.

Breakfast was poor. Limited selection of items and the same hot items each day - would have appreciated some variety. Only one type of eggs. Mushrooms were cold and hash browns very dry. Also breakfast served until 10.30 but came down one day at 10 and items had already been cleared away. Shower had no water pressure.

position, friendly smart young staff, chic environment and lovely ambience music. body and hair products are of very good quality. also towels are comfortable and soft.

the room is small with not very comfy spaces for laying your "stuff". cleaning could be more precise as the dust is too visible for a 4 stars hotel. fridge is a little noisy.

The staff were unbelievably nice - perhaps the most welcoming of all hotel staff I've ever encountered. We were offered a complimentary breakfast on arrival which was delicious. The room was very clean, spacious and homely with our own coffee machine. Couldn't have asked for more - would highly highly recommend.

Everything I imagined a stay in Paris would be. Beautiful decor, comfortable, homely, L’Occitane products in the bathroom, amazing breakfast. Clean and in a beautiful area. The water filling station and a tea making facility were a fantastic touch. Also the fact that they contacted me beforehand and explained how to get there, plus provided some reassuring explanations as we were travelling on a day of strikes.

The only one thing I could absolutely have done without was the banter one particular receptionist was trying to engage my husband in, while my presence was being disregarded and questioned. Just leave your stereotypical comments to yourself, they aren’t welcome.

I stayed here for the second time and didn't even consider other hotels. The location is ideal - most of the sights are within walking distance, there are a huge number of restaurants and bars nearby, several metro stations and bust stops. Amazing staff, all very open and friendly, willing to fulfill any whim of the guest! Daily cleaning, the room itself has everything you need. A lot of shelves in the bathroom. Despite the central location, it is quiet and safe. Wonderful breakfasts, water and hot drinks available all day. Unbelievable mattresses and pillows, slept like on a cloud😍thank you very much, next time I will definitely choose this hotel again!

This boutique hotel was comfortable and very conveniently located in a great part of town. Perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was fantastic and convenient everyday and my kids enjoyed it. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. You are a block to a couple of metro stops, there are some fantastic restaurants right around the corner, grocery stores are close, you are a short walk to a couple of historic churches and iconic Parisien depatment stores and the Opera Garnier. The service at the hotel is some of the best I have experienced in any hotel. The manager Natasha was extremely welcoming, helpful, and pleasant and Sophian in the breakfast area was soawesome. My kids loved him. They did little touches like writing a hand written welcome note, stored luggage when we arrived early and brought this to our room, provided us with some suprise welcome baked goods, provided bottled still and sparkling water for the room everday and made things like dinner recommendations and arranging a taxi to the airport easy. They were all genuine and seemed to enjoy what they were doing and this is what stood out most to me. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was really cosy and well soundproofed. Loved that you could open the window fully. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good. Front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a bike rank right outside the hotel which was useful. Loved the reusable bottled water in rooms, both flat and sparkling provided. We asked for a kettle and it was brought straight away.

We stayed for 2 nights and our room didn't get cleaned/attended to during the stay. Would have been great to have returned to a freshened room with refilled water, empty bins etc after day 1. Didn't love the location which is a little way from everywhere, but it wouldn't stop me from returning as there are plenty of metros close by, and the wonderful e-bikes right outside.

Absolutely loved my stay here, for my mum’s birthday trip! Staff went over and beyond to make this birthday special for my mum and just to make us feel very welcome in Paris. Staff were also very helpful in navigating paris which can be tricky! Staff helped take our suitcases up to our room as the elevator is quite tiny so that was helpful as we didn’t have to struggle up the stairs/ lift. I absolutely loved the location not extremely close to the eiffel tower but honestly everything to do/ see i paris is max 20 mins on the metro from this hotel, with Loads of stations nearby as well! Montmatre is within walking distance which was really lovely as well. Breakfast was amazing we had breakfast everyday , it had loads of variety and was extremely tasty and staff also really bright and helpful at breakfast also. Rooms were lovely and clean when we arrived,Loved the decor, traditional but also modern bathroom! Honestly i’m waiting to come back to paris and stay at this hotel because everything was just 10/10, me and mum had a divine stay and would love to come back soon !

The elevator is quite small- but honestly the staff helped with this. My mum wanted the room cleaned more often, so i just requested that. There no fridge in the room unfortunately, if you need that to keep baby milk or leftovers during your stay, but i’m sure you can ask about the fridge and they’ll be happy to accommodate.
