M Social Hotel Paris Opera

We had two connecting rooms for our family of 5. This gave us great flexibility and we also had a nice view on the boulevard Hausman on one side and the Sacre Coeur on the other side. Breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of food. If you kept the windows closed the rooms were quiet but of course the street is very busy. It is well situated, 20 min walk to the Louvre and close to a metro station.

The bar area looked very nice but was very quite and dull.

Wonderful hotel, the room was very spacious for Paris and really comfortable for three people. The location was also excellent, with different metro lines a few steps away. Near Lafayette, Opera Garnier, walking distance from the Louvre, and other Paris highlights. The reception staff was charming and helpful to my children when we had a minor issue.

For the five nights of our stay, the breakfast was the same. For 4 stars hotel, this is really strange, just a few variations would help. Besides, we were three, and the sofa bed was made up for us, the staff kept bringing just two towels until I mentioned it in reception. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

loved the hotel. our room was spacious, clean and very functional. hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

I suggest complimentary bottle water should be provided for the duration.

1) the room was very clean and cleaned daily 2) everything was very stylish, just keep in mind if you are staying for more than 4-5 days you will have very little space for so many clothes (for 2 people) we stayed with a friend for 3 nights and it was all great, our clothes fitted exactly in the small closet. 3) very comfortable pillows, very warm and cozy room 4) bathroom as well has very little space to depozit everything, but it is very clean and it adds a lot to the experience. 5) staff was polite and overall a great check in experience, they provided us with umbrellas on the rainy days we had in Paris 6) location absolutely fantastic! 7) it's a girls paradise everywhere in the hotel there is a beautiful mirror for photos :) very nice touch 8) the elevator is very good

I would just recommend a little bit of a visual improvement of the lobby room, it looked pretty different from the pictures provided on booking. Overall there is nothing I didn't like.

The room was so comfortable and beautifully designed. Great overall size and the very large bed was heavenly! Loved the location, which is ideally close to the Opera district and is in between 2 very well serviced main Metro lines.

Would give this an excellent rating but few things in our room need attention. The shower in the bathroom is quite basic. For a hotel of this standard, it's not a waterfall shower but rather a very basic unit, so that took away from the plushness of the room somewhat. Also, the door into the room was hard to open, we had to 'shoulder' it to actually get it open as it kept jamming. In the bathroom, the door handle feel off on the door into the toilet but this really cause any issue. Also, the Chromecast option didn't work despite numerous attempts to get it working.

The hotel was perfectly located for all sight-seeing, right on the Metro Link. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious and hotel wasn't overly busy.

Rooms 104 and 105 were complimentary upgrades to street view - the traffic was horrendously noisy all through the night and early morning. We asked the hotel to book us a taxi back to the airport for 1.45pm at a fixed fee of €55.00. They did this and then advised at 1.20pm that they were booking our taxi, which arrived at 1.30pm. There were 4 of us and I told reception WE DID NOT require a van and that a car was ample with modest luggage. A large 6 seater van turned up and then the driver locked us in to the vehicle at the airport until we paid €75.00 complaining he needed to eat and he had to wait 10 minutes for at the hotel, when he had turned up 15 minutes early. We were very intimated and it was a stressful end to a lovely weekend.

Nice Aesthetic Friendly & Accommodating Staff Nice Bar Large Room Clean Loved the Balcony!!

Location- was a bit far from most places we visited Sliding door in the suite wasn’t working. We called maintenance and they tried for an hour to fix it while we were trying to rest after our flight. Finally they said it couldn’t be fixed in that moment. Nicely enough they offered us an upgrade free of charge to their larger suite but we were already settled in by then Too many people needing to come into our room the first day for various reasons (turn down service, maintenance men, random room service we didn’t expect who just tried to open the door)

The location was perfect. Close to the Opera. Metro station is in the next corner. Several nice restaurants in waking distance. The room space was above average (for Paris standards!) and the bed very good. Breakfast was ok, whatever you expect from a decent hotel (good variety, not exceptional but good enough!). We were also offered a welcome drink in the bar plus some macaroon, juice and water in the room. Overall a god experience and I will choose this hotel again!

A minus is that there is no refrigerator in the room! I was told that we had to make a special request in order to have one. The closet was somewhat small to hang all the clothes (also the hanger height was probably 60cm or so from the floor!

I wanted to book a hotel room at M Social as soon as I saw it on Booking.com! This year we managed to stay two nights. What a great pick! It is a hefty price but the quality of the facilities and services is close to none other. We had an unforgettable stay here. We were greeted warmly by a young and responsive international staff. Our main greeter was from Brazil. Then Anas took our luggage up to our room. He and Illiel were also particularly helpful when we checked out. They both coordinated and booked a taxi that would fit it all, and helped load it on the cab. Great team! We loved the authentic XIXth century elevator in top shape to transport guests and luggage… A rarity in Paris now. The balcony room was beyond my expectations. Spacious for Paris, extremely clean, and the bathroom with a Grohe bathtub a real treat! The L’Occitane toiletry samples added to the royal treatment! The first night was a big demonstration day in France so we did not go out to eat. On Monday they have a reduced menu, yet Yohann from the kitchen brought us a pizza worthy of the best Italian place in Paris. He was very serviceable when we asked to have it at a time that fit our online teaching schedule. Breakfast was very good as well. It was a self-served experience in a busy brasserie space, furnished with trendy/kitschy art deco style.

The breakfast room is very big and we need to take long trips to get a pastry or a yogurt. They have a great selection of foods and drinks so a lot of back and forth! Still the location of the Papillons and Co chic bistro on Boulevard Haussmann is priceless.

the place is beautifully decorated and pretty recently renovated. the staff was polite and helpful. few minutes after we checked in the room we received a phone call from reception to check if everything is to our liking - I really appreciate this. other than that, just a beautiful hotel, great location, great size rooms. highly recommended!
