Hotel Villa Saxe Eiffel

Location! This is a great location in the 7th. Close to the Eiffel Tower, Invalides and Rodin Museum. Front desk staff members were great. Rooms - Clean and nice size. Nice amenities (L'Occitane)

Food options - Breakfast was good (could use some fresh fruit) , but do not count on any other meals- options are limited. Also there is no real bar its a shelf in the lounge with a fridge and limited options. Wifi - The wifi here is horrid. After a while we gave up and just used our data. When ordering a taxi - Beware that Parisian taxis charge a standard rate of 58 euro to and from this hotel. You pay an extra 7 euros for a reserved taxi. I mention this because we got charged 75 euros by the taxi the hotel arranged to pick us up from the airport which was way overpriced.

The staff and customer service was amazing, we really appreciated how attentive they were. Myself and my partner are not native French speakers so it was very useful for the staff to speak English. The hotel has their own electric bikes to hire for a very low cost; this made getting about Paris a lot easier in a much more romantic way.

The room was rather small which did not match the photos however it was very clean and decorated nicely. The AC was not working when we initially got there however they fixed it whilst we was out and once we returned back to the hotel the room was cooler. Minimal complaint for this place.

After a lot of research we decided to stay at Hotel Villa Saxe Eiffel for our trip to Paris. We would definitely stay here again. The location was great because it was on a quiet street/quiet area and not in the middle of busy touristy sections. For our family, that was perfect (we didn’t need nightlife close by). It was only a 10 min taxi ride to Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Seine boat tours. You could definitely walk to all the famous sites as well (20-40 min walk). We booked a family room which was 2 adjoining rooms. Definitely the best family room we’ve stayed in while in Europe. The rooms were on the smaller side but clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked great. They have a nice, small lounge area and outdoor patio area.

We skipped breakfast as it was a bit pricey for the food options served.

the room was very big and well organized, with very big and comfortable bed and a lot of space in the room, very clean. Staff were very nice and helpful and and the atmosphere in general was perfect. Amazing location, going out of the hotel and seeing the Eiffel Tower, very close to many places and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. There is a nice market in the area every Thursday and Saturday. We celebrated birthday as a couple and the hotel manager left a nice note and chocolates in our room showing that they care a lot. We will definitely recommend and will be more than happy to come back in the future!

We have been here in 2019 and we had the pleasure of staying here again in 2023. The quality of the room and service is just as great as I could remember. Breakfast, is good. If I have a remark is that the quality of the coffee could be better. Do note that I really love my coffee, so perhaps it’s a bit of a nag. Rooms, are great. We’d stayed in the deluxe room. The room is approx. 35m2 big which is really considerable for Paris. Staff, is great and helped us with everything we needed such as an early check-in and late check-out (costs were charged which was very reasonable, taken into consideration the additional time we had) Hotel, is amazing. It’s not big however that’s exactly the charm. One of the strong assets are the gym/sauna/massage chair which you are able to rent for 45 minutes. Therefore you also have the privacy to enjoy these relaxing moments. Also the hotel has e-bikes available which you can rent. We have used them to bike around Paris and visited some of the highlights. The quality of the bikes is great and a lovey way to see Paris.

Perhaps the coffee at breakfast could be better. Do note that I’m a coffee enthousiast.

The room has everything necessary for a comfortable stay (kettle, tea set, slippers, bathrobes, towels, etc.). Also, there is quite good cosmetics in the bathroom. The mattresses in the room are very comfortable, and the lighting is well thought out. I would also note the excellent air conditioning and the superb location of the hotel (the Eiffel Tower is within walking distance and can be seen almost immediately when leaving the hotel). Additionally, I'd like to mention the polite staff who provide all necessary information and very good and tasty breakfasts.

During my stay (only 2 nights) nothing was found.

It was a quiet and tucked away from the main street so not much noise to be heard. Close to the Eiffel tower and river making it incredibly easy to go around. The room itself was quite big for Paris and had a view of the courtyard.

While the room is big, the bathroom was a bit small. We had to open the doors so that we could walk comfortably from the toilet to the shower. There was no bath for our room. We arranged for 2 60min massages but there was a mix up from the hotel staff which ended up leaving our massages cancelled. They did make it up in the end, albeit with a shorter 30min massage for both of us

From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Before arriving they helped get us tickets to the museum to see the Mona Lisa when all other tickets were sold out. Michael was the first face we saw at reception, and he was charming and such a lovely guy. The hotel is beautiful and the room was wonderful. Comfortable, clean, modern and homely. Nothing was too much trouble and reception was there 24 hours. We would recommend staying here, and we will again. Great location, you can see the Eiffel tower once you walk out the door and into the street. Plenty of bars and restaurants around and close to the metro. We actually walked to the tower from the hotel in 20 minutes.

The rooms were modern and well maintained. The hotel is well cared for and inviting to tourists. The staff speak excellent English as well as French. The hotel is beautiful and I got upgraded for free to a larger room with a huge walking patio. The bathroom is beautiful with a tub and shower as well as full windows that open to the patio. The hotel supplies the fanciest soap and lotions for free. The breakfast is basic which was fine for me. I would just have a short bite to get on with my day. The cost is $20 if you don't include it in your room so keep that in mind. But as mentioned it was a good enough meal with the basics to get you by. A coffee and tea machine are in the room and water is supplied daily which is a nice perk. I found my way around with no problem so I didn't need to talk to the hotel staff about locations and how to get places but if I needed to, I'm sure they would have been at service. Having visited Paris multiple times, I found this hotel to be best. You won't go wrong booking with this great accommodation.

Uber won't come down to meet you directly in front of the hotel but that is not the hotel's fault. Drivers would meet on the corner.

the room was fine and it was clean.

the location with respect to activities and sightseeing and even local stores was not very good. had to spend a lot for car services to get to the action. there was no real concierge to assist me when I needed referrals for various things. they didn’t follow up well with requests made. I had to go back to them. I am already back in Paris and the hotel I am in now is absolutely amazing. they started planning activities and making reservations for me several days BEFORE my arrival. they provided me with a map and showed me places to go for all of my needs. I am glad I didn’t book Villa Saxe for me return stay.
