Great communication and help from the owners throughout our stay. Super close to the Eiffel Tower and some great Italian restaurants, supermarket and bakery. kids loved the split level and used the top as their little hide out.

Wow, where can I start! The location is absolutely superb, 5 minute walk from the Champ de Mars (Eiffel Tower) - and a great area with delis, cute little shops, and supermarket within a few moments walk. Metro station 3 minute walk! The room itself was perfect, really great size (considering it is a Parisian apartment) - very clean, tidy, everything we needed. Door codes and wifi password worked perfectly. Just perfect!

Amazing location, right around the corner from Eiffel Tower and a lot of cute shops and restaurants. Easy to locate.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected. The shower in our room would not drain which was a pain. They also didn't provide us with everything needed, ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own and only provided with 2 towel, none to wash our faces with. Also the soap was just in a cup not a dispenser.

Nice appliances, friendly helpful neighbour, great location.

The communication from booking the apartment, to when we got there, and then helpful with booking taxis for us. The apartment was very clean and had everything we would need for our stay

We didn't realise the bed was upstairs on the mezzanine. We did sleep in it for 2 nights but then we slept downstairs on the pull out sofa. The bed was comfortable but we found it a bit claustrophobic. But other people might really like it and I did appreciate the skylight. Very pretty. Shower was great!

Excellent location, within 20 mins of walking to the very foot of the Eiffel tower, 10 mins if you just want to admire the entire tower. Within 4 minutes of metro and 24 hour supermarket. Lots of different bus routes within a couple of minutes too. This is a top-notch classy area. No need to feel unsafe round here. The room has a big bed and they seemed to have thought of every thing (nearly). Too short to reach the tall cupboards? Don't worry they've provided a step. Need a bag to do your shopping - they've left a little gift in the shape of a bag. Salt, sugar, plenty of toilet roll, towels, tea-towel, soap, shampoo, hair-dryer and more than a double bed, with clean, clean sheets etc. etc.. A first the location seems a bit boring, but pop round the corner (away from the direction of the tower) and there are some charming streets with lots of choice of restaurants and small shops to stroll around or watch the world go by. It's not a party destination by any means, but there are night buses to get you back from your party destinations for a quiet night's sleep. If I wanted to stay in this area again, I'd have no hesitation in coming back to Beatrice et Emmanuel's. I loved it here.

Remember that you will have to use the shutters to keep out the light - there are no curtains. I wonder what you do when it's lashing rain outside and you don't want to open the window to shut the shutters? Oh, I'd have liked a small light next to the bed for reading, but it was no big deal. Other than that and a long handled brush, they seemed to have thought of everything. The room is small, but they never pretend that it isn't. Their description is honest and complete, but you might not like that the bed is pushed against the wall. It didn't bother me - it's a big bed.

Amazing place!!! The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, and the location makes you life a lot easier if you're looking to know the city because it's located basically beside the subway station. Plenty restaurants around the street, supermarket and with 10 minutes walking you're at the Eiffel tower. Thank you Beatrice and Emmanuel for all the information and for receiving me, for sure I'll come back!

The location is amazing. The room has good functional equipment you can expect from a small apartment. We didn’t have any issues checking in/out and the host answered our messages quickly.

As it is expected, the apartment is pretty small. The hot water was not enough for 2 people to have a shower one after another. The bathroom door is not working properly.

The location was perfect. The room was very clean, and everything inside the room was new and in good condition. The bed was also very comfortable. Never met the hosts but the instructions were very precise, and messages were all very nicely written.

The hotel should explain that some rooms are three floors accessible only through a convoluted staircase. I had hand luggage and I am young so I had no trouble at all, but other travelers with more luggage or in bad shape would struggle. So I suggest the owners to let people know about the staircase in advance.

Great location, the place is clean, possibility to leave your luggage, good wifi connection. Would also highlight the kindness of the people running the place. I forgot my airpods in the room, and they sent them all the way to Spain. (This is not something other places would have done!) I am really happy we chose this place for our days in Paris. Will come back for sure.
