Libertel Montmartre Opéra

The location itself was very good and also quiet for the environment for a traveler its a good place to have some peace to sleep at night I only just stayed for one night but for the one night it was worth it and the reception staff employee was also very kind and helpful I will be back next time if ever I will visit Paris.

No comment for this maybe as a suggestion to invest the small television into 43 inch television as smart television since most of the new hotels with 3 star level have this standard already maybe if its possible to invest this for the hotel rooms for the price to pay for it.

The staff were really friendly and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The rooms were clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The location is great for travelling around the city and there are so many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby!

We were in a room on the ground floor which was slightly disappointing because the traffic was a little loud but the windows kept out most of the noise and we didn’t have any trouble sleeping! The rooms higher up in the hotel would probably have been a nicer experience because then you would be able to have the window open.

The location was really convenient, close to the metro and many bars and restaurants, in a walking distance from Montmartre. The room is really small but the bathroom is big and nicely renovated. The aesthetic of the room was pleasant.

The room was really small for its price. There was a problem with how noisy it could get in the morning when people from other rooms were waking up and we would hear everything.

Breakfast choice looked poor value for money so we didn’t pay for it. Instead ordered the express breakfast the night before three days in a row which was really good value for five euros each and allowed us to get out early every day.

Rooms are small but clean and functional. Safe wouldn’t open even though I asked on reception every day they couldn’t get a technician to open it. I had to carry all my cash and passports around the city every day.

Location was excellent, right across from popular restaurant Pink Mama! The room was spacious and had a lovely view, as well as a nice modern bathroom. The employees were friendly and accommodating.

The only negative was that we felt the room wasn’t properly cleaned each day. The beds would be made and new towels would be given, but the old towels would still be left. The room was also never hoovered and the surfaces not wiped, and the room got quite dusty.

Booked this hotel last minute and got a great deal. The room was small but typical for Paris. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Close to the metro and a nice walk to some good cafes. There were some adult stores and nightclubs nearby. My daughters and I chose to Uber back from seeing the Eiffel Tower, although I think it would've been fine, just a personal choice. Luggage storage and late check in were both a good option for us.

The Libertel Montmartre Opera is located one block south of the Moulin Rouge – a testament to its location. We received a warm welcome by the front desk staff and had room keys in minutes. Passport was checked though not copied as do some European hotels. It is 350 meters (3-minute walk from the Pigalle (Line 2) and 290 meters (3-minute walk) from Blanche (also Line 2) metro stations. I elected to go with the upgraded “Privilege Double Room” as it was a great benefit after a day in 85-degree Parisian heat. The room also had a hard-wired-into-the-shelf tea kettle which was a unique offering as there was no external platform to move around or find an outlet to use. The entire room looked to be a relatively new construction as all of the furnishings were in great working order and spotless. The wall-mounted tv was about 30 inches in size and had plenty of French channels and a few Italian and Russian channels as well. Only one financial channel in English, but who visits Paris to watch tv? I would opt for a room number of 4XX or 5XX as the higher you go, the better to be away from the street (which did not have a great deal of traffic regardless) and the modern window’s construction prevented all but emergency vehicle’s sirens from being noticed – it was one of the quietest rooms I have stayed in (though at times you will hear your neighbor rustling about and before you head out for the day, look outside first as it may not be raining - the person next door might be taking a shower). With all of the cafés and boulangeries in the area, we opted to forego the in-premises breakfast, so no comments there and I arrived via train, so parking is an unknown dilemma. The elevator was able to fit 3-4 people and bags comfortably but the “6-8 pax” on some signs would be close quarters and no bags. Check-in was at 1400 hrs and check out took less than 1 minute at 1200 hrs. With a 1900 hr train departure from Gare L’ Est, I entrusted my bags (kept in a secured luggage room) t

The location of the hotel is great and the staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and had the basic amenities. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. I expected the room size to be smaller so it wasn't a surprise that it was indeed on the smaller end.

It's more of a heads up, but the walls are paper thin, so I could always clearly hear what was happening in the corridor/ next room. I had a room for myself, so it didn't bother me as much, but the bathroom has a see through glass slide door (even though it's black.)

Excellent stay. Hotel room was clean, bright, with everything - small fridge, kettle, air conditioning - in excellent working order. Fairly good soundproofing. Location is wonderful. The neighbourhood does stay lively fairly late, which can be a plus or a minus depending on your habits.

It's true that the corridors and elevator are very dark, which is unsettling, but fine once you're used to it. I needed to ask for replenishment of the coffee supplies.

the rooms are small and very basic but spotless clean and have everything you need for the short stay in paris. (they do not have much storage space so pack prudently). i liked the shower because it was new , modern and with lots of towels. receptionists were very helpful

pillows were uncomfortable. the area is central - but please note - its a noisy area especially during the weekends. on the other hand - lots of places to go out
