Best Western Plus Paris Saclay (ex: Val de Bièvre)

Cleanliness, modernity, friendliness and attention to children. The spacious and comfy hall was an unexpected surprise, as well as the gym/sauna opportunities which we alas could not enjoy due to lack of time. Top breakfast choice.

We requested a family room for an adult + two kids, the sofa bed was not made upon arrival and the blankets under the bed did not quite look like fresh. However, given the kids' size/age we decided we would not need a second bed for one night only and did not dare ask the staff (they would have certainly offered help).

Everything is great just the air conditioning does not work for our room , otherwise it would be perfect. and the water bottle in the fridge has been open from the time we check in , no enough toilet peppers and bath towels . we are 3 people but only 2 set of bath towel , however the night manager and staff are very kind , bring them up to us at the room. overall we are very happy to stay here . the room size is huge and very nice view.

2 suite rooms , Everything is great just one of our room , The air conditioning does not work and the reception said , the mechanic c was not there on the weekend. and one of water bottle is open and being used up on check in the room. Other than that not a problems, Overall we are happy with our stay there. It is worth for your money if you have your own car to travel. The location is on the open field very nice view from our rooms.

small breakfast for the hotel capacity , I always had to ask the staff to bring more food ,as it was finished and they hardly ever checked if there is any left

Location outside Paris was convient for us with the car. 20 mins to Massy-Palaiseau to catch the train into Paris. Close to the hotel is very natural, forests and hills, amazing considering it's proximity to Paris and Versailles. Staff were great and multilingual.

Not much close to the hotel in terms of restaurants, bars etc. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you don't have a car.

Excellent location just few km away from train station lines N to Paris (Chaville or Versailles). Hotel room is big enough to allocate a family of 3, the staff was super helpful and the whole structure is simply perfect (breakfast excellent too).

We enjoyed the room and sizing for our family. We didn't take the breakfast due to the price. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and professional.

The females at the front desk were unprofessional and not accommodating in the check-in and paying the parking.

The manager in the bar was very helpful and informative Enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio

Very disappointed that there was no pool as pictures on booking.com indicate there is. We have learnt now that it was built over a number of years ago to make the large patio

It is close to HEC Paris

We arrived on Sunday afternoon and most of the restaurants in the neighbourhood were closed plus dinner wasn't served in the hotel. The only option was to order via Uber Eat

It has very convenient location for me because I had a conference at HEC Paris, which is just next door. I think it was overall very good for price quality.

They should have sleepers in the rooms.
