Very clean and spacious. The windows were very cool. Old fashioned shutters and locking mechanisms. Washer worked well and shower was very nice - rain faucet. Pull out bed was easy and comfortable. Very close to the palace. Not controllable by the owners, but there are pubs below and was often noisy until 2am. Wasn't a big deal for us but just in case that matters for you.

Wifi was unsecure and required constant logging in. Worked ok but didn't feel comfortable using it for banking etc. We were on the top floor so a lot of stairs - wasn't an issue for us but just FYI if this is important.

Nice apartment with no elevator. 4 of us stayed in this property and felt a bit tight to move around with 2 beds.

The biggest issues are temperature and Hot water matter. First night there were only 2 people ended up having warm shower and we all woke up cold as temperature was set at 18.5. The 2nd night the temperature was ok, but the hot water issue still exists. For 4-people, this property might not be the best choice. And property is facing pedestrian street which restaurants and bars opened passing 2/3AM in the morning. Pretty noisy!

Good location, practical and comfortable room decoration

The apartments at this hotel are great value for money and a worthy choice. But the hotel 200 meters away is relatively old, with old-fashioned decoration, and the room does not even have a kettle. The staff are friendly, but a lot of suspicious on duty at night. Doubtful. Uncomfortable. A beautiful buffet was set up in the morning, but when I tried to drink a yogurt, the staff immediately came over and said: Our breakfast is over🙄 not enough atmosphere.

Great locations, 3 minutes walk from the Versailles. A lot of restaurants around. Very quite apartament even if on the very popular street. Super responsie and supporting staff.

Internet was not available during the whole stay - technical issues. Some minor issues (resolved in 15 minutes after registering them).

Loved the location and the space. The apartment was perfectly kept. The staff were super friendly and available to answer all our queries. Housekeeping was daily which is such a refreshing thing in France.

That the washing machine didn't have soap, and the m/wave didn't have grill to whip up quick dinner for kids. Small issues really.

Loved the apartment and the location. Able to go to the palace in less than 10 minutes and enjoy the city of Versailles immediately after the visit to the palace. Enjoyed the quick access to the train station making it possible te easily go to Paris without the hassle. Would recommend a stay!

Very cost-effective apartments for family stay, with a kitchen that had all the basic necessities for preparing breakfasts and dinners. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the chateau.

The room facing the street was noisy as long as the restaurants and bars on the street remained open. No elevator, and the stairs were steep and somewhat unsmooth, so the rooms would not be suitable for people with difficulties walking.

we had an apartment with windows onto the street which is lovely apart from Kate in the evening when it is a bit noisy despite triple glazing (we were there a Saturday night). otherwise the perfect stay

Honestly everything. The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful. The room was beautiful and comfy and so clean and crisp. I will be returning in the future.

Loved the brilliant location, quality of reception, equipment and styling of the loft apartment. Beds were comfortable and shower was excellent. :)
