Best Western The Hotel Versailles

The staff was really helpful, friendly and kind. The location is great if you are looking for peace and quiet. The breakfast is good enough. There are a lot of spaces available for parking the car, even big ones. The hotel is pet friendly, and it has a nice spot just behind the hotel where to have a good morning/evening walk with the dog

The shower drainage in my room was not working properly, the water would fill the shower floor after two minutes, and it could get to the bathroom floor quite fast. The stairs and the hall leading to the rooms in the first floor need renovation, the carpet is dusty and it has its better years behind.

Nice comfortable room in a quiet location and very handy to have it accross the rd from an Intermarche'. Only about 15 minutes from Versaille castle. really nice staff.

The room was very small, even for europe and it lacked a small refrigerator. We would have loved to try the restaurant but the prices were too high for us and the menu too limited. We realize we were in the broad/ general Versailles area but feel the room was overpriced for the amenities and location.

Staff was very friendly and spoke English. Our breakfast was very good and there was an extensive choice of cereals, bread, and toppings. Even pancakes, eggs, sausages and bacon, which you don't often see in this price bracket. Bringing a dog was free of charge and easy (free) parking right in front of the venue.

The room could've been a bit larger; with our suitcases and a dog, there wasn't much room to move about.

Lovely comfortable rooms with coffee machines and madeleine cakes, nice lounge to relax in. Breakfast was delicious. It was in a cute little town near Versailles. Staff were very friendly.

They are in the middle of renovating some of the rooms but it didn't affect our stay and wasn't noisy.

Well situated to get to Paris. Catch the 6262 across the road which drops you off a short distance to Versailles Chateau . Paris? Just cross the road and catch the a train to Paris. It’s that easy! Oh and there is a supermarket across from the hotel. Closes at 8 pm.

Can’t rate the staff as check in closed on arrival but self check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable and ideal for a nights sleep before travelling on. Good coffee machine and hot drink making facilities in the room that were very welcome.

Breakfast was really great, the part of the hotel also seemed newly renovated and very inviting. The hotel itself and surrounding was nice. A lot of teas, coffee, even cookies in the room:)

The room is quite small and the furnite even though far from being damaged, it just seemed a bit dated and not as we’d expect.

Big room with good facilities. I left a personal item in the room and after contact with the reception the personal item was returned to me with the post. Therefor the service of the staff is also very excellent!

Staff friendly welcoming and attentive, facilities really clean, COVID care well implemented, great choice at breakfast. Must add we saw a terrible review for this place and but our experience wasn’t at all bad. Whether they have improved or someone had too high expectations for what they paid I don’t know but our visit was September 2021

Extremely friendly staff with an excellent level of English, room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good value for money with a large variety of choices. Large well lit carpark, perfect for travelling. Only 10 minutes from Versailles too.
