Couldn’t beat the location just a short walk to the palace and close to the market as well as lots of outdoor restaurants and cafes. The concierge was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking taxis for us. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Only minor little issues. View from the room was a wall. ( we were out most of the day so didn’t really bother us )The housekeeping did not replace items such as make up pads and q tips as well as coffee pods for the machine and the complementary water ( I had to ask for replacements )The coffee machine for both my friend and I also did not work.

Great location, 10 min walk from the Chateau and the rest of the city center. Our room was very clean with high quality amenities (Clarins soap and shower gel). Staff was very friendly; we only stayed 1 night but they were kind enough to let us use the parking garage during the day of our departure till late afternoon.

We have an electric car but the parking garage of the hotel does not have any charging stations which gave us some additional trouble (however, in their defense, not many hotels in Versailles have charging spots yet). The spa/wellness section was closed still due to covid restrictions which I thought was a pity in light of the overall price. While the hotel has a beautiful interior and good location; I still think the price is on the higher end for what you get in the end.

The location to versailles was amazing.

Room had an odd smell and the bed was very soft. Family room wasn't available so two rooms were necessary. Parking was available underneath but the heights was an issue. An vehicle large than 1.5 meters will not fit. Parking on the street free until 9am

The hotel is very attractive and easy to get to from the station. The room was excellent - warm, clean and well-decorated. My daughter enjoyed the use of the gym.

When my daughter and I arrived, there was a flurry of activity as they couldn't find our booking. (They did eventually). I was shocked that they insisted on taking 300 euros as a deposit 'in case' we used the restaurant. We had no intention of doing this, as my daughter is vegan and there would be very little she could eat. It felt a little like they didn't trust us! We were tired having travelled to Paris and then onto Versailles and I was a little surprised, given we had paid for the room in advance. I expected to pay for the local tax - but not having to provide a further deposit. Also, on the second day, we had to ask for more milk - which hadn't been replenished. We waited nearly an hour and had to ask again. Eventually, someone arrived with two small containers of milk.

Amazing to be able to walk to the Chateau Versailles in ten minutes. The staff were so friendly and helpful - it was the first place in France I did not feel guilty speaking English. The room service food was delicious and exceeded expectations and was first hotel in France to have a vegan option. I normally avoid modern hotels but the hotel managed to have beautiful period touches like the wonderful ceiling and chaise tongue.

The coffee machine was broken. It was a shame that room service was not 24 hours. We thought we booked breakfast but it was not included at the check in.

staff SO friendly, food in restaurant FANTASTIC, perfect distance from chateau and town. beds comfortable, nice bar downstairs. super relaxing, comfortable to stay-exactly what we needed

the price, it was pretty expensive since we had to get two rooms--so would have been better if we could have got one room with two double beds, but i may have just booked it too late b/c there was an event in Versailles on the Saturday night, wish the 2nd room had a queen/king bed but instead two twins pushed together which was a bit odd

The location was ideal for visiting the Palace, it is just up the road. Also central for shops and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and we particularly liked being out on the terrace. The staff were very courteous and helpful too.

The only issue we had was that both lifts broke down, and there are only two (apart from down to the car park). It was really inconvenient for us and for everybody. We didn't really enjoy dragging our cases down two flights of emergency stairs as we left. But, I am sure that they must be working again now, It's a great hotel and we recommend it for a visit to the Palace and town of Versailles

Wonderful hotel with beautifully decorated rooms and a great design. It is located steps away from Château Versailles, however there is no outside noise at the hotel or in the rooms. There is a steam room, sauna and a little gym. Also, there is a nice restaurant and an elegant bar downstairs. The staff at the hotel is extremely helpful and professional. They took care about all our requests and were very attentive.

All was perfect! We look forward to our next visit in the future :-)

Liked the De luxe twin room size and the beds were so comfy and big. The bathroom was a lovely size and design and I thought the Clarins products was a very nice extra. Location was excellant for visiting the Palace Of Versaille and for the metro into Paris.

Did not like the construction work that was going on in the building oppposite our bedroom as the workmen doing the scaffolding woke us up each week day morning ! I think the hotel should have had a plant based milk as I am a vegan and requested tea with soya milk or oat milk as I do not drink cows milk and the member of staff in the bar area that I spoke seemed to have never heard of soya milk and said the hotel did not serve it.

You can walk to the palace in three minutes. A very short walk takes you to the railway station where you can take a train and be in Paris in 30 minutes. And the hotel is so comfortable! And the staff so polite. You feel at home.
