Breakfast. Staff. Bed were confy.

A little girl was climbing the middle furniture during breakfast. She was probably between 4 to 6 years old. She did three days I went to breakfast .parents allowed her and staff did not say anything. Other parents kept their kids with them and they were well behaved. The breakfast area is not a playground

Quiet room as requested, and we were very lucky that they gave us interconnecting rooms for us and our 2 daughters, so we had lots of space (we just booked a family room). Loved the lounge area, outdoor space and seating with play equipment for small kids and table tennis -the hotel makes amazing use of a small outdoor area. Also great having free hot drinks, madeleines and croissants all day (kept us and kids happy arriving after a long drive and before heading out for dinner). Good selection at breakfast. Very welcoming staff.

It's very cosy and home like. There was a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was very helpful, patient and friendly

Breakfast was a big chaos, the hotel was fully booked, but the staff was not sufficient, food was almost completely finished half an hour before the end of the breakfast. People were angry. The staff tried to their best, but there weren't enough people and food. So there was not much the staff could do. It was bad planning from the hotel management

Hotel was very nice, close to public transportation (bus around the corner, train about 15 mins walk). We had a family room which was great: spacious and clean. During our stay the hotel was quite full but we didn’t hear anything, rooms are very quiet. Breakfast was also good. What really stood out for us though was the staff: very friendly and helpful. They had loads of tips about where to go and how to get there. If we ever need an hotel again in this area the choice will be easy. Two thumbs up from us!

The hotel is clean, comfortable and good value for money. It was very quiet which allowed us to get a good night’s sleep. The staff were very friendly and really helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The buffet style breakfast was excellent, lots of choices of drinks and food to set you up for the day.

It was perfect for our needs as we were visiting family in the local area, so nothing to dislike.

It was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. The A/C was functioning and could be adjusted to personal needs.

The rooms are very small, the shower was a pain because you have to hold it in one hand when you wanted to stand up or you had to sit in the bathtub due to the way it was constructed. unfortunately there are no kettle or mini fridge in the room.

Loved the staff & accommodation. Godefroy was most exceptional. He was such a pleasure to meet. Night staff is very lucky to have him. When we arrived late, he was more than glad to serve hot water for our noodles & provide welcome pasteries. Fresh Orange juice was my favorite part of breakfast. Even when coffee machine was down at breakfast, morning staff made coffee for anyone needed. Room was very comfortable.

The breakfast selection was superb. There were breads, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, jams, waffles, pancakes, even a timed egg cooker to select desired softness, in a friendly sunny eating area. The hotel had free parking, elevators, and air conditioning. There’s a desk in the room and large picture window that opens for fresh air, and the bathroom was modern.

The room was a typical ibis room…small.

The Hotel was easy to find and very comfortable

Leaving in the morning and attempting to head North on a motorcycle, was a nightmare. We were lost inside half an hour and sat in traffic jams for two more hours. I would not recommend staying here if you want to leave easily for a return to the UK.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

When we first arrived, we were a bit concerned about the safety of the area but we had no problems. The only reason we didn’t rate it as a 10 was because the key card reader was not working and the receptionist had to unlock our rooms for us with a manual key. We did not ever receive our key cards but only had a reservation for one night so it wasn’t a problem.
