Beautiful clear room, perfect view, tasty breakfast with lots of hot options- eggs/porridge/ sausages/ bacon. Good service and nice staff.

Some problems with the bathroom- the floor is always wet after the shower. The neighbours balcony has side view on the bath on your balcony :D

The hotel is excellently located in the old part of the city, on top of a cliff overlooking the river. It has an amazing view and is very close to a lot of tourist attractions. The overall design of the hotel is great and the rooms look very nice with adequate space - regular rooms might have quite small bathrooms though. Breakfast is also very good - buffet with extra stuff you can order from the menu included in the price.

There was nothing not to like although there are no extra facilities within the hotel and transfer from the airport that they offered was three times more expensive than the return journey we took with a regular taxi (same route with similar car).

Beautiful hotel in a stunning area with AMAZING views over the old city. The location is excellent (but you will require a basic level of fitness and mobility if you want to walk to the old town). Cosy breakfast room with a range of tasty options. Room and balcony were a highlight with alfresco bath and heater to enjoy an outdoor soak after a busy day sightseeing / day tripping. Staff were overall great.

Loved everything. No lesiure facilities to distinguish it, but style and vibe of the place trumped this. Perhaps a bit pricey compared to other hotels in Tbilisi but the views are in my opinion worth it.

Very cozy boutique hotel located in a calm renewed street, very close to Old Tbilisi. Very friendly personnel. Helped to book Glovo at 2.00 AM. City views are beautiful from both sides - on the street and on the river. There is a small open terrace on the roof, working 24/7. You can come with you food&friends and enjoy views. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for something calm and cozy

Note: could not try breakfast as it was not included in the price by default. But many Georgian hotels separate it. Might be a problem coming with a car directly to the hotel entrance as the street is very narrow and impossible to turn around

Beautiful modern boutique hotel on the cliff top. We were 4 friends in separate rooms and the hotel managed to get us all on the same floor. The breakfast served was lovely but get their early as a buffet can be too tempting to some travellers and the staff struggled to clean up and restock for the next guests. It was in walking distance to town and although up a hill it was a very pleasant walk. We checked in really early and checked out in the middle of the night, but it was no trouble for the front desk staff and they helped us with all we needed.

More staff was needed at breakfast to clean, restock and serve to get all guests through. But I felt sorry for some of the guests they needed to deal with who were very demanding and that must be hard. The shower was very small and the door opened in, so if you are a slightly larger person getting in the shower and then trying to close the door was difficult due to the size and shape of the shower. You just had to breathe in.

The hotel is perfectly located at walking distance (max 10mn) from main touristic areas (peace bridge, ropeway to Narikala, thermes and old Tbilissi). It is in a dead-end street so absolutely no noice during the night. The hotel is located on the bank of the river with a fantastic view on the Narikala fortress from the rooftop and also from the room (i suggest you choose one room with the city view). The hotel staff was nice with fast check-in and checkout. The hotel is small but well decorated.

The breakfast could be improved with more variety of proposed meals and better food quality. The hotel is overall very tiny and the rooms size as well.

I’ve booked this hotel for 1 night before my wedding, so I have a place to get ready for the day. The staff was really friendly and nice, they were totally ok for people coming to my room (the make up artist and photographer) as well as taking some pictures from the balcony. I asked for a room with a balcony at the corner as it would be the best for the photos and the hotel kindly provided the right room. The bed is huge and comfy, the room was nice and 100% soundproof. The breakfast was also nice, especially that they cook specifically for you. Also, there stayed my family and they liked the hotel as well! The best part of the hotel is the view of course!

Though the location is right next to Rike park, it’s located uphill, so it might be challenging to come to hotel. But we used taxi, so not a real problem for us :)

The location is great and has stunning views of Old Tbilisi. The reception staff was really helpful, and breakfast also included cooked items such as omelettes. We booked the terrace suite which had an amazing bathroom, massive bed with excellent bedding, and a huge tub in the room as well as a private terrace. TV with netflix etc. The bathroom had twin sinks and a wonderful waterfall shower. We absolutely loved the room.

We wanted to do laundry whilst staying here, however the laundry service was confusing and extortionately priced as you have to pay per each item for just a simple wash and dry service, rather than per kilo or per bag as is the case in most hotels. In the end we decided to wait to do laundry at the next hotel, as we would have been paying nearly £100 otherwise. Additionally, some more personalised touches in the room would have been nice, especially when booking a suite.

Great view from the balcony, located in a quiet neighborhood in a 5 min walking distance from the old town. I liked the room design a lot too. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Overall, an amazing experience!

The one thing I think should be fixed, is that there’s not enough privacy between neighboring balconies. This is especially concerning, if you get a room with a spa bath on the balcony, since your neighbors can potentially see you from their balcony
