The rooms were clean and warm in the winter months. Breakfast was great. The location of the hotel is a walking distance from the bridge of peace and it was easy locating other attractions. The staff were very helpful and kind. There is a gym (though some of the equipment were old, they were usable) and swimming pool. We had two balconies
The beds were a bit small but they were alright.

We liked the location, it has a supermarket nearby and close to the center. Our room has another extended room inside for our 2 kids. A small fridge is of good use for our drinks. There’s a TV but it has local channels only. Wifi connection is just fine. Breakfast is free and available at the 5th floor which offers a nice view of the city.
Balcony could be a good use if only chairs and table are provided. Restaurant at the 5th floor could also be open at night as it has a nice view while having some drinks.

The location is fantastic and is very close to major tourist attractions. Also, the hotel is near to supermarket, which is a great help if you have kids. The hotel staff is very accommodating and very helpful

Good location, staff members are polite. Room is spacious and clean.
Noise from the building located just next to the hotel made it hard to sleep. it was cold in the room even with putting temperature regulation on 30 degrees.

I requested 2 rooms in the same floor. But they couldn't do it. It's a normal thing if someone book 2 rooms in the same booking they should give both the rooms in the same floor. But they fail to do it.

Very near to the city center and Avlabari metro. Staff is very nice and courteous.
Bathroom was smelling. Noisy due to the adjacent music pub & Carrefour mall, sleeping is difficult till night 1 pm.

It’s noisy in the night of weekend as night club is nearby. The room is clean but with smoking smell.
