Sole Palace Tbilisi

Stayed in the junior suit with balcony. The bed was super comfy. The room and bathroom very clean. Location is walkable distance to many tourist attractions. The room was warm and good. Breakfast had lot of variety and kept us full till evening.

The view from one side of balcony was not very desirable because of some old vacant buildings. Other side is city view and good. The walk back to hotel was tiresome as it was a steep hill. So we used taxi while returning and it's only 5 lari or less from freedom square. Didn't use much of balcony as it was very cold.

Great location, walking distance to almost everything + several metro stations. excellent room and good breakfast. The view from the balcony in the room was a highlight of the trip! Room was very clean and had everything we could wish for. Special thanks to Christine at the front desk who helped us out when we had to make some last minute changes to our booking. The solution we were offered was better than anything we could have hoped for, the staff was overall very accommodating and nice!

The walls between the rooms were a tad thin, we could hear our neighbors, though for the most part it wasnt a big problem. My friend struggled to sleep a bit with the thermostat being turned up so high at night.

It was in the best location possible on top of Tbilisi and really nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful in every aspect. So clean and well equipped room. Nice breakfast in the morning with a good amount of choices.

The internet was the only small issue. It was good speed but for some reason(maybe heavy use or amount of guests in the hotel) the WiFi was down sometimes. Specially when you were watching content on the smart TV, suddenly WiFi disconnected and you could see in TV setting that the WiFi is not discoverable. The same scenario with the smartphone. Also one more thing, the tea in rooms is different from the tea in breakfast. The breakfast tea was much nicer and higher quality than the tea bags in the room. These are just me being really picky.

Location was perfect for us, be aware you need to climb a bit so it's not easy to access for wheelchairs AT ALL. Staff was friendly, we could tell English was not their forte but still very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well decorated, very quiet and peaceful. Had a deluxe room with balcony facing the city which has a splendid view and a very quiet and spacious balcony. The room was comfortable, we had enough space for our 2 suitcases. Spend a bit more and get yourself these nice rooms ! Great bathroom with large shower, no leaks or mould. Fair choice for breakfast with good pastries and asian choice, but definitely some room for improvement. (breakfast staff were amazing)

First improvement for the breakfast : Proper coffee. you only have choice between powdered instant coffee and turkish, please add some filtered coffee (americano) option available ! Second is timing. breakfast opens at 8am which is pretty late if you have a tour or early flight. Lastly some products were so so (juices overly sweet, dry bread...) Please remember to be quiet when you come back late at night in your room as some rooms have a connecting door and might be noisier than others. The doors have to be slammed to be closed properly. Would appreciate some tissues in the room. Be aware the beds are 160cm x 200cm.(5'3" x 6'6")

The value for money is vital and can be attained in this property. The breakfast options are superb. The front desk personnel are well trained. Catherine, Maria & specially George. We request for a lunch box since our train to Rioni depart at 8:25 a.m. and viola around 7 a.m. on our check out date - it was provided to us. I eat it with delight on my way to Rioni while doing remote work. We are well taken cared off and in return we also take care of our room and see to it that only minimal cleaning activity to be done by the housekeeping.

Nothing to complain on its service and value. Only a slight suggestion though, Please remove the table on the side of the area where the food where place in order to increase the flow speed.

Everything was perfect, staff were so friendly and helpful especially Luka and Maria! Even the staff at the restaurant were so friendly. The hotel is clean and beautiful, so cozy. Also, the location is good, only 5 minutes walk to the sulfur baths. Overall, me and my family really liked the hotel and will visit it again.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I expected to have a balcony at my room but I didn’t, I paid extra but there was a french balcony that you can’t even sit in on stand up in. Few options at the breakfast, expected a better breakfast but it was so basic.

Beautiful, clean & wonderful hotel. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Breakfast was great and fresh.

Restaurant doesn’t working after breakfast, we want to eat something in the evening, but restaurant is closed, and we need to go to the someplace for dinner. In the room we always listen some noise, first of all we listen peoples from the side rooms, soundproofing is very very poor, and we listen some generator noise it’s always working and we listen it continuously, and sleep very badly.

Perfect location, accessible to the restaurant and grocery mart. the room was big enough for us a family. we loved the balcony and especially the breakfast with a lot of halal options.

Just the parking space. When we’re leaving there’s a car in front of our car that we couldn’t get out so they need to find the keys or call the owner to at least move so that we can leave and not be late going to the airport.

The breakfast was good, highly varied, freshly delivered and very considerable for a Muslim to have halal meat options (although a bit limited). The staff were highly cooperating and helpful even though communicating in English was not their second nature. Everything was kept tidy and clean during my stay and I loved the view from the restaurant/pub over the old city and the river

The room's view was on the back alley with a construction site in sight and not a river view. Not sure if the room should have had a mini bar but the room's fridge was never stocked/filled and I would have liked to have a black/red tea option in the room (green and fusion tea options were available but not black tea)

Location was good, high up in the old town with great views over Tbilisi. WiFi was very good the whole time, good speeds and connection. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection, some of it could have been hotter. Great staff kept me supplied with regular coffees. Rooms were clean and equipped and it was good to have a balcony. Good value hotel.
