We stayed 3 nights in September. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. Everything was high quality, the decor, the beds, the bathroom. In spite of being in the centre of the very lively district of Ladadika the sound insulation of the windows guarantees quietness. Strongly recommend Bristol Hotel for a stay in Thessaloniki, obviously without a car because parking would be a nightmare

The staff were exceptionally charming and helpful. The location is brilliant, a choice of dozens of typically Greek restaurants in the streets all around the hotel, and just a few minutes walk to the seafront. We were able to get to all the sites and even the excellent shopping in a few minutes walk. The room was lovely and big, the bathroom comfortable and well appointed.

We were on the back, which was quieter, but we could not really open the window easily, and when we did, the cooking food smells filled the room. There was a smell of drains in the room, but not overpowering.

The hotel is fantastic as was the room. Spacious, clean, and with well appointed amenities! The location is central to many restaurants and tourism sites that are easily walkable. The staff were friendly and outgoing and all around amazing - I had travel plans booked by train when the strikes happened and Amana made phone calls, helped me translate, and helped me rebook buses when the trains didn't run so we could continue our vacation in other places in Greece!

A nice boutique hotel in the center of Laladika area, literally in the main square with many taverns, bars and restaurant. Nice and cozy rooms, nice shower. Great a-la-cart breakfast, delicious with fresh and local ingredients. All in all, a very nice hotel, very good value for money.

No parking place and no way to arrive with a car - the hotel is in the middle of a no-traffic zone. Due to the location, a bit nosy, even trough the double doors and windows. Although breakfast is great, if you are a coffee fan and looking for a good coffee at breakfast, you will be disappointed...

Very nice location, historic building , spacious rooms, building full of well picked old furniture our room was facing inner court no noise at all because of double glazed double windows.

The breakfast area, you always feel like eating in a storage room since all the restaurants outdoor table decorations chairs etc are stored in the same area, they ran out of black tea in the first day and never replaced during our stay, coffee from a dispenser other than that nice breakfast served . Our bathroom was designed so that ou can have an accident any time ( high stairs to reach the tub) needs to be redone

Located in a romantic Ladadika, surrounded with cute cafes and restaurants, quiet, clean, real five-star deal and not expensive at all. Spacious room, equipped with everything you may think of, even Nespresso coffee machine and all those little toiletries...Great deal for money. Kind and helpful staff. The sea is just a block away

It's in a traffic restricted area and there is no hotel parking, but there are lots of garages and parkings nearby, for 15 to 20 € a day.

I stayed at an executive room (Genius bonus - thank you very much), which is a huge room with an equally huge bed, a sofa, TV, vanity table, table with chair for working and a very spacious bathroom. In terms of Covid19 protection, the hotel made you feel that you are protected as mush as this can be possible outside of your home. Everyone wore a mask, food was served in the restaurant wrapped individually and room was disinfected before your stay. Cleanliness of the hotel was very good and I appreciated that they offered daily cleaning only if you required same. Enjoyed the hard wood floors in the room, made it feel even cleaner. The bed was good. By far, the best shower in terms of space/pressure I have ever encountered in a hotel. The breakfast was very good (do not miss the tsoureki). The location of the hotel is hard to beat. You step out of the hotel immediately in the heart of entertainment of the city, which of course means that it is noisy outside, however, although I was on the first floor it was not that bothersome (note: everything closed down at midnight due to Covid19).

The accommodations may be a little bit dated and there were not many plugs as is necessary nowadays, but overall it feels luxurious and bright.

Location is excellent.

we had a view to nowhere, the room was dark and during a night we had a light from the silling, from the place where the ac is situated. It was not possible to turn off, so our advice is to avoid room 205! Breakfast was extremly poor with not so much food.

Great hotel located centrally to several restaurants and close to waterfront. Hotel was beautiful and staff was helpful. Rooms were very large and had spacious bathrooms and a nice shower. Breakfast was great.

Parking was limited - luckily we were returning the rental car and didn't need it in Thessaloniki. Our room had a slight odd smell in the entrance way.

Great location, a hotel of great character. walking distance to everything. Very nice spacious room and great bed.

The breakfast room was cold, the staff was very friendly however the service standards & food options & quality was not equivalent to a 5 star hotel. I think that hotel is outsourcing the breakfast to the restaurant/ tavern which is part of the same building.
