Art Suites Athens Hotel

The property is big. You enter a room that is a hallway with a coach and from there you can access the bathroom, a bedroom, and a kitchenette/bedroom. This room also has a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs. I only used the main bedroom, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The location was great for my needs, very close to the conference center. What I liked best were the 2 local restaurants exactly in front of the building on a pedestrian-only street.

Nothing big, but the shower could be bigger. There is also a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, but I was not using it, for too much time, I was mostly in the room for sleep, so quick showers were perfect. Also the bathroom mirror lights were not working, was quite dark there and hard to have a shave.

Nice wife place and so many facilities.

Check in - The receptionist was hiding somewhere and we had to call the number 5 times until someone answered and then he came to the reception.

We stayed here for one night, the hotel is in a great location for the center. From the airport you cross over the road and catch the green metro line to Music Center Station. The hotel has great views of the city. You should book a room with a view. The room was a good size. Bathroom was good in shower hot and Jacuzzi tub. There is an a/c and TV in the room. Breakfast was really good everything you need. To much to list. The staff are very helpful, front desk was great and speaks many languages. Overall a fantastic stay. Very big thank you to all the staff, highly recommend to stay here.

The suite is spacious, good working air-condition, nice bathroom with jacuzzi, beautiful swimming pool good for children because it's not deep, but the water can be a bit cold, close to shops and train station and bus stops, electric cooker and TV in good working order, they also have a beautiful balcony, Lift is also working, my 4 kids can't thank me enough for choosing to pay for extra 7 nights.

Lack of staff, this hotel when it comes to staffing they have no staff presence, you need to have the front door access code at all times because you will be lucky to meet a staff at the reception, you see one staff who will come and collect your towels and give you new one, they will also replace your tissue, but cleaning your room and changing your bedsheets is DIY meaning do it yourself. I think such a beautiful hotel deserve 24 hours staffing, the fridge is also broken and needs to be fixed, the chairs in the balcony has been ignored as they looked very dirty and uncleaned. The receptionist and housekeeper are nice and friendly but hardly available.

The apartment was very spacious, there was a large jet bath (very well needed after long flights and walking) and a beautiful bathroom. There was lots of storage in the bedroom and the bed was comfortable. The lounge/dining/kitchen space was excellent and easy to relax in. The balcony (from the 6th floor) was large and the views over Athens and up to Mount Lycabettus was beautiful especially at sunset. I was always looked after my Miss Miranda and the lovely cleaner Roxanna. Miranda was helpful from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better host to help me navigate this new city, and make me feel so at ease especially because we are still in the middle of a pandemic. Nothing was too much to ask and I was always offered advice or coffee whenever I saw Miranda. A brilliant host, and I will most definitely be back. Thankyou for making me feel settled and so welcome!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. A potential improvement to have a sun lounger on the balcony?! And some instructions for the microwave. But nothing negative to report.

Value for Money, especially if you're planning to use it only for sleeping. Very close (walking distance) to the city center and most of the monuments and sites to visit in Athens. About 7' walk from the metro station and 3' walk from one of the largest and most central highways of Athens (buses, taxis etc.), the Music Hall, the American Embassy and the Mavili square with lots of modern bars, restaurants and street food. The room was very big for a hotel, more like a small apartment. 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 convertible couch, could sleep up to 6 people. Big bathroom too with a douche and a jacuzzi.

Generally the hotel had a clear picture of abandonment, very sufficient from the reception and the lobby to the room lock, the poorly maintained and old room furniture (seemed at least 20 years old), faded white appliances, everything working properly though. It had only 1 wardrobe and the locker/safe wasn't working. The road is a bit dark at night and may cause some insecurity but the neighborhood is generally safe. Morning and working hours has a lot of people and markets.

My suite exceeded my expectations with its sleek and stylish design, comfortable accommodations, and excellent location in the heart of Athens. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend Art Suites Athens for anyone looking for a cozy and modern stay in the city.

I booked a room/suite and it was spotless and huge. Our suite, which had a walk in kitchenette, a huge bathroom and a big sitting area also have a gorgeous view, it was stunning. The club bar had delicious breakfast, mid-day tea and evening drinks. All were very nice, good food, great drinks and there was a beautiful view from the lounge. Although the hotel was not in the middle of all the sites. We just stayed onsite and enjoyed our time there.

I was given room with a spacious balcony and a breathtaking view overlooking an almost whole Athens. I was lucky enough to have exceptionally warm weather but even on a rainy day it would be great to stay indoors and look at the town. Just two points that I would like to highlight. It is a truly perfect hotel with top suites. Also the hotel had amazing room services and facilities. All in all, this hotel was a very fortunate surprise and made my summer stay in the paradise part of Athens exceptional.

This is a great value hotel of the good old times. All of the infrastructure is great and well-functioning. Most importantly it has window frames with double glazing providing excellent insulation- something very important for stays and lacking in most accommodation in Athens city. Air-condition heating is efficient, there is plenty of hot water and internet is fast. It is very clean, in a nutshell it has all you need for a comfortable stay, for a very reasonable price.
