Excellent staff ,very clean hotel,excellent breakfast a la carte ,the room was standard with an open beautiful bathroom , the only window was in the bathroom side , with close view on the opposite white wall and very clean .Next time we will pay more intention on this detail vefore booking.A litlle noise from the building renovation near the hotel but not bother us since we were not in the room all the day.these 2 issues were very minor and not so important .we got a very nice welcome every day in breakfast room and we appreciated it very much .we will certainly go back ....

The staff is very friendly, location closer to train stations, room is bigger. The staff was kind enough to have us check in earlier than the original time as they had guests check out and they had our room cleaned faster so that we can put our stuff in before we go out.

we Booked this hotel so that breakfast is included. However, on weekends, breakfast starts later than usual and if guests have plans to check out early or leave to places like Meteora early in the morning, there is no breakfast. But there was a staff at that time and she was kind enough to provide us with milk and we made coffee. One more thing they could do better is brighten up the room lights...they are too dim and dull for my taste.

This hotel is only three years old and looks brand new. The staff is wonderful and friendly and accomodated everything we aksed for. Included breakfast was excellent: it starts with delivery of continental breakfast to your table (not a buffet!), and then you can order addtitional hot items a la carte. Full barrista service is also included. Beds, linens, bathrooms all 10s. Threee restaurants accross the street, one very cheap standard Greek fare and two more upscale but still reasonably priced. The upscale one we ate at was one of the best meals we have had in Greece.

Two things outside of the hotel's control. 1) Barking dog next door was annoying, but the windows were very soundproof when closed and the quiet central AC worked great. 2) It is about a kilometer walk from the nearest Metro (Syntagma) which we anticipated, but it is partly through an area where tourists are preyed upon. We had some guys surrepticiously throw paint on our backs. Then other (or the same guys) point it our to you and offer help and start wiping it. This is all a ruse to pick your pocket or steal your bags. We were wary enough to get away unscathed. I recommend taking a cab when you have your bags with you (5 euros).

I booked an executive room on the fifth floor with a wondeful terrace overlooking at the iconic Athenean skyline. The room was very comfortable and very well decorated. Oniro City is a very well put together boutique hotel, perfectly positioned in the Kolonaki district with a plethora of shops and restaurants/cafes/bars around. An easy recommendation for a stay in the city.

One of the (various) windows of the room is placed on the skylight of the building facing the window of another room. We just kept the curtain closed though and there were many other windows to allow plenty of light in the room.

Incredibly clean rooms. Peaceful and central location. Delicious breakfast. Everything was perfect!

The staff were very kind. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable. Good location as well a 27min walk to the acropolis, or 11m to the metro station. There were also three restaurants right across the street we could go for dinner. Also, you can book a shuttle through the hotel to/from the airport and the piraias port - we took advantage of both. €60 from the airport, €30 to the port. The shuttle drivers also offer private tours to take you to the major sights, which we did not take advantage of because it was a little pricey (~€300) but you can book those through the front desk which is a nice convenience.

The bathroom sink was very splashy - I couldn't run it without splashing all over my clothes.

The location is perfect, you need some 10 min. walk to Syntagma or Ermou but nevertheless very quiet. Nice room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and a really friendly, devoted team. We‘ll be back, hopefully!

In our room we were missing some hooks to hang up our bath towels. And it would be helpful if the hotel would have a free parking lot in front of the house in order to easily load/unload the luggage.

excellent room, linens were great, bed comfortable even in the smallest room it felt very cozy and chic. bathroom very nice, I liked the black marble vs say white, so it didn’t glare “Bathroom” to you from the bedroom. great breakfast & service for breakfast as well. it is a small hotel but we’ll built and great sound proof rooms.

nothing except the entrance: I walked by it 3 times before I realized which door was the hotel entrance & there wasn’t really anyone to help you with your luggage initially upon entering the hotel. You had to bring your suitcases with you up steps immediately- otherwise it would roll down the street /sidewalk. maybe a little carpet just in front of door to stop suitcase? i arrived at 5pm. They could use a little plaque next to the hotel door on the outside of the building , something tasteful, but something so you knew you were at the correct door… without having to cross the street to see what it said above the awning.

Our first stay at Oniro City and we loved the experience > our room was exceptional very clean and cosy. The breakfast was amazing food was delicious and the service we experienced was amazing!

the only downfall is the location if your travelling with a car bear in mind that the streets in the city are veryy narrow and its difficult to find parking near the hotel other than that amazing experience would stay there agein!

Our experience with the Oniro City hotel was absolutely fantastic. Super clean, very satisfying service from the staff, breakfast is great, and the location is prime! I very much recommend staying in this hotel. We will definitely come back and stay there once again in our next visit to Athens.

The hotel is not very accessible for handicap nor young kids and babies that need a stroller. There are a few steps you need to climb in the entrance and the elevator is small. But we managed.
