Annabelle Beach Resort

The layout of the Anabelle Beach Resort it's really special, a lot of palm trees, beautiful scenery!

Well the reception team was not really professional, I understand and speak Greek language a little bit!!! On our arrival at 4pm we asked at the reception where is located the gym, the restaurant and the bar and the main receptionist Mrs. Maria and her colleague spoke between each other in Greek language and laughing of us saying that we all ready want to eat and other stuff. This is not professional at all. If I wouldn't asked no budy had the intention to tell us nothing. It's missing the customer service!!!

Arrived on 21st Aug late afternoon. Check.in was quick and easy and we were taken to our room. We had a family room for me, my husband and 2 sons aged 24 and 16. They had their own room within the room. Room was spacious alot cloth storage space for 4 was tight. There were 2 pools, one at the top near reception which was quiter and had a swim up bar. The other pool next to the beach was where all the activities happened. The Entertainments team were brilliant. Activities all day from yoga to water polo and shows at night. Great personalities, had us laughing day and night and made our holiday. The food selection was great. We had breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant. Had to sanitize and wear masks and gloves when going to the buffet. Great choice of food & drinks and lovely staff particularly at breakfast. There is an outdoor area with stunning views. At lunchtime we went to the taverna by the pool. Great choice of salad, pasta & sauces, burgers, chips, pizza and amazing ice cream all served by Kostas who always had our drinks ready for us. The all inclusive drinks were okay but served in tiny plastic cups. The lobby bar had the most amazing views and the lady behind the bar was lovely. The sea was a bit rough at times and rocky getting in there but we soon worked out the way in avoiding the rocks. The hotel has 4 bars within walking distance although a bit hilly getting there. There are alot of steps in the hotel so wasn't good for those with mobility problems. For us the steps were good for burning off the ice cream. We were wary of going abroad but I can honestly say we had the best 2 weeks, we felt safe all the time and came home completely relaxed. We were very sad to leave. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work and friendliness, we miss you and will definitely be back 💙🇬🇷

Good food and drink options. Catering and bar staff are excellent, as were the animation team, and the little shop is brilliant. The garden areas are nice.

Receptionists could do with being a bit happier, and maybe the games room needs improving and expanding. Also beach towels can only be exchanged every two days. After a full day on the beach, and the slightly dusty properties of the beach, the towels are filthy by the end of day 1.

The Hotel is really nice, it's gardens and the buildings, the staff is amazing. We got what we expected for our money. The food was ok and we could choose from many different options every day. Our room was perfect for 3 persons, clean and cozy. Great hotel and value for this price if you want to relax and rest. You also can enjoy various daytime activities and shows during the night or can take a taxi or walk to Hersonissos if you want some party.

It situated right on the beach. 2 big swimming pools, 2 for babies. It has a beautiful garden with lots of palm trees and many kind of flowers, bushes. Great animation team. Lots of activities during the day and the evening. The sea is rocky, swimming shoes needed. Great variety of foods in the main reastaurant and the tavern next to the big swimming pool. At arrival a plate of fruits, a bottle of wine and water provided by the hotel. Every day one bottle of water in the room provided by the hotel. Safe box on the is free of charge.

Room was comfortable. Not renewed furnitures, but nice. Cleaningness of the room generally good, but not 5 stars. From a 5 star hotel need to be pay attention for the small details in the cleaning. In the bathroom the ventilation didn’t work. The hotel is not 5 star. Or not the fancy luxury 5 star.

Nice all-inclusive hotel with 2 pools. The staff is friendly and speaks English, some of them speak German, French and Italian too. Very friendly receptionists Elena and Maria. The rooms were very clean, even though the furniture seemed not very new. The hotel program was good, and the animators (Laura and the guy, don't remember his name) were very energetic and fun.

The food was all right, but not great (could be more fruits, meat (beef), and more local cuisine). Cocktails at the beach were not nice and tasted chemical same as icecream. The beach is not sand, but tiny stones, and further in the water there are bigger stones that make it not very safe to swim for children and people who can't swim well. Also, not enough sunbeds on the beach, most of them are taken early in the morning and it's hard to find a place after 10-11 am.

Hotel was really nice, stuff was helpful and animation team very cheerful. Beautiful gardens between the bungalows.

All inclusive meant that you can only order 4 types of drinks at the bar, for other you needed to pay. Moreover in the pool bar you could only get coctails in plastic cups - houndres of them were used daily (not really eco-friendly). Food was tasty, but boring after 3 days - the same meals all the time. Wifi worked properly only in the lobby and in the rooms (not by the pool or beach).

The hotel is a complex of bungalows and has possibly the most beautiful landscape / gardens I have ever seen at a hotel. It has two swimming pools with pool bars and is located at the seaside. For families, it also has a small “park area”, and a “children club” where parents could leave the kids there at specific hours. It is located around 30mins from the airport, and by taxi it costs around 40 EUR. The bungalow was spacious. Cleaning service was coming every day. The booking was all-inclusive, and the food was surprisingly good given the mass production. The staff were very friendly, especially the barmen :D

At times, especially with the balcony door closed, the bungalow smelled musty (humidity). Also, WiFi is only free at the reception. The hotel is not very accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. While the all-inclusive is very convenient, I didn’t like the fact that I hadn't had a choice. It suits the type of holidaymaker who wishes to stay put at one place. If you are the type of holidaymaker who would like to go to a different beach every morning, a different restaurant every night, interact with locals, etc, this is not for you. (Not to mention that this is bad for the local economy).

Loved the pools, the food & drink & how convenient it was to access everything.

I felt we could have been given more info around the entertainment side of things, on our last day we were told by another couple that the shows were excellent, we hadn't been made aware where or what entertainment was available & missed out on this.

It's a great resort. It fits the Good, Nice and Priced label. Shows are ok. Do I need to say more?

All was good. Some tourist leave towels on sits when in no use. You can't find any spot due to that. There should be a rule to get ride of that behaviour. You have to pay for the wifi.
