The pool and roof top views were gorgeous, very clean, easy check in/out

The bed was a little uncomfortable , dipping in the middle. The breakfast was quite average, some of the food was dry

I want to start with a huge thank you to the one who saved my vacation MARIAH SKARAKI I arrived at the most beautiful hotel I've ever been to, with the most amazing receptionist I've ever met, Maria Skaraki . The hotel is located a short drive from the city center, very suitable for couples. I arrived alone and wanted quiet, but for me alone the hotel was too quiet. And I didn't take a car in my budget. The second I contacted Maria, she made phone calls and made sure to find me a hotel located in the city center so that I would be close to everything and would not need a car. Everything was with a smile and joy! The best service I received in one hour of staying at the hotel. Maria you are amazing! Huge thanks!! it's not taken for granted!!

Wonderful experience! My fiancé and I came for one week and it exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was amazing! Cleanliness of the rooms - Excellent and cleaned everyday! They took care of everything for us including rental car, and airport transfer. We really felt like we could count on them. We had a very late flight out on our last day, they let us use the pool and shower for the day. the pool and pool bar are wonderful and very clean! I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Stay here! You will love it!

Amazing new hotel (3 years old) fabulous views from rooftop bar & pool. This place deserves all the love. we had our own private pool which was amazing & every single member of staff was exceptional. 5 min walk takes you into Hersonissos Old Town which has plenty of fantastic restaurants - we didn’t have one bad meal nor experience. Honestky felt like we were staying in a proper Greek Village not a tourist trap at all, totally authentic walking the streets! €40 taxi from airport takes 20 mins…we won’t hesitate to return to our lovely room with its own pool, there’s only 5 of these rooms - but all the other rooms looked lovely & have use of the lovely rooftop pool. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice…adults only mean it’s lovely & quiet too!

New building Clean and comfortable room Good breakfast even though i was expecting in this specific location to have fresh orange juice not a bulk from a machine and homemade jam as there as so many fresh fruits in the island

The structure of the building is weird as rooms are accessible to people that do not stay in the hotel. Of course there are cameras everywhere but still it is weird to know that a stranger could knock on my door any time

The hotel was in a quiet spot but near lots of restaurants, and there was a train shuttle to take you around the island . Maria was very helpful The pool and views amazing

Would be better if Deck chairs were to be cleaned more often and a better range of free soft drinks with meals. Would be nice to have the bar tender to come to the table's and the deck chairs to get your drinks.

Perfect location,quiet, very large room. We got an upgrade from a standard room to one with pool and a sea view. Was a nice experience and we enjoy it. The design of the room is unusual and make you feel very confortable. Maria and Marina were very professional and make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was also very good and varied and with quality products. I recomand this hotel and will return in the autumn.

amazing privet hotel, very quiet, no children… the staff are very welcoming, there is a rooftop with chairs and pool very nice. I took a suit with a private pool- the suit was very big, a lot of space, the privet pool is super nice, but not warm, so afternoon its cold. near the hotel there a a lot of tavernas (4 minutes walk), the Hersonissos harbor is around 30 min walk or 10 min by car.

Horrible management, what kind of place makes their employees work 10hrs extra without a day off and no extra payment for all the overtime. No gym unfortunately.

the location was a bit remote, so a car is recommended to visit the area, beds and room are top, the food is very well cared for and the staff is top, you only have to ask and if possible they allow it to happen, rooftop pool is ok, especially with the sun loungers with waterproof cushions, a nice view to the sea, also from the rooftop bar where you can quietly enjoy a drink

the only minus point was the parking in front of the hotel, this could possibly be leveled a bit better as there is quite a difference in some places with the paved part and one should definitely be careful not to have damage at the bottom of the car this is the only point that could be improved
