absolutely clean and beautiful place. staffs are amazingly attentive and welcoming! restaurant standard are great.

no indoor pool, it says 2indoor but both need extra charge, not clear on this when ad. when the hotels get busy and highly booked, the waiting time for facility are too long.

We stayed in a family bungalow with jacuzzi and the room was lovely, close to the pools and restaurants. cleaned every day by really friendly staff. In fact the staff were amazing everywhere, nothing was too much trouble. The a la carte restaurants were great and we booked them before we got there because we knew they would be difficult to book there. However the main restaurant had tons of choices. The champagne and sushi bar was also a lovely bar with views and lots of wine choices. Our first taste of all inclusive and we weren’t disappointed.

The entertainment in the evening could have been better but it depends what you want. We had a complete bargain so no complaints really.

The kids loved the all inclusive buffet and the creperie. We were delighted by 2 fruit platters and complimentary champagne during our stay. The kids loved the main pool which was heated to a comfortable temperature. We were able to swim in April despite not great weather.

It was hard to book the speciality restaurants and the service was slow. The family room was cramped for 5 and it didn’t have enough storage. Just 1 wardrobe with hanging rail and 1 shelf and 2 drawers. I was disappointed to find out use of the spa and indoor pool was £20 an hour for adults only. This was in the small print but since it was pictured in the main photos for the hotel I had assumed we could all use it. It seemed under-utilised as it was empty for the entirety of our stay. Other 5 star hotels I have been in don’t restrict use of their facilities in this way.

we came and no one said us that we need to get a reservation to the restaurants and we only can reserv a two restaurant it’s was annoying . the food in the main restaurant was not so good we expect for more but it was nice

Everything!!! The staff were excellent and very friendly. The food was brilliant and there was lots of variety. The hotel was exceptionally clean and our room was cleaned to an very good standard every day. The pools were a very high quality. A perfect holiday!

The only minor gripe was the age old “towels being left on sunbeds” issue, despite there being information given at check in to say staff would remove any property that had clearly been left. This was not enforced and I could see numerous examples where people were not coming out to make use of the sunbeds they had reserved until we’ll after 11am!

The staff at the main restaurant was super welcoming and friendly! Yiannis team made every visit extraordinary! We loved the saltwater pool. Bit fresh but nice and relaxing atmosphere:)

The gym equipment was outdated. Also the staff was really unfriendly. We didn’t know, that you had to book a timeslot and instead of explaining it to us he got really rude about that and also about our footwear. We looked forward to being able to train every day but ended up not training at all. The rooms were damp, almost impossible to sleep without the airdrying aircon on. Also the cleaners entered our room at least 3 times a day (first to refill the minibar, second to do the main cleaning, third to replace towels). The sign: Please do not disturb got ignored at least 2 times.

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming which started as soon as we arrived, some of the best service we have seen at an all inclusive. Food and drink was mostly exceptional. Architecture around the resort was beautiful, and 3 large pools to choose from. We were pleasantly surprised that there were always enough sun beds.

Out of all the restaurants we were a little disappointed with the Cretan (chewy meat) and the brunch (stale bread) … but that’s us being picky! All the other restaurants and food were amazing, and it wouldn’t stop us coming back.

We just returned from 9 days at this hotel and feel like we have had a really indulgent and relaxing holiday. The food was fantastic, the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were all delicious with lots of fresh fruit and salad and a huge choice of everything to eat. The creperie was amazing! Really delicious crepes and waffles presented beautifully. We also loved the gyros on the beach and the Italian and steak restaurants. The hotel was truly all inclusive, delicious food and drink was available all day, both at the restaurants and bars and also from waiters who constantly came round to the sun beds taking orders. We loved the ice coffees and the extensive cocktail selection! We also loved the spacious room, beautiful swimming pools, that were huge so never felt crowded, and the kids shows in the evening. We also loved the beach, we took beach shoes and snorkels as it is a little rocky. I am so glad we did as the snorkelling was amazing! The sea is crystal clear and full of beautiful brightly coloured fish. My 10 year old daughter said it was the best thing she has ever done!

I really loved this property! A couple of small things are: The restaurants they can be booked up very quickly. The guest relations lady, Olga was great though and helped us with our bookings. We loved the Italian and Steak restaurants but enjoyed the buffet more than the other restaurants. You have to wake up early and secure your sun bed with towels.

The resort is beautiful and clean, many pools and restaurants so it doesn't feel crowded. The room was very big and comfortable. Large variety of food. All in all we had a great time!

Although large variety of food, most of it was mainly OK, but not very high quality. And also other little things that I would expect from a 5 star hotel (fiiling up the soap in the bathroom every day, changing the towels etc.). Nothing crucial, just the little things that makes you feel in a 5 star hotel.

The food was superb, we have been to several all inclusive hotels and the food here has exceeded our expectations. There are several a la carte restaurants which give a different feel to each evening. Nice rooms, peaceful pools, never had an issue finding a sun bed to lie on. Staff were super friendly. Live music in the evenings. Arcade game room.

We had an issue where we booked an excursion online that was unexpectedly cancelled by the concierge and we subsequently lost our space on the tour. I would recommend booking and paying in advance to avoid this happening.
