Rotonda Hotel

Breakfast starts at 6:30 which is very useful for those who needs to leave in the early morning, and end at 10:30 which is great fpr clients who wants to stay and visit the city.

I recently stayed at this hotel through Booking.com and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is situated in a great location, close to all the major attractions and amenities in the city. The room was very comfortable and spacious with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained with plenty of hot water for a refreshing shower. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. The service provided by the staff was impeccable and they were always willing to help with any requests I had. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city. Very friendly staff with a smile always The room was very clean and comfy The air-condition was working effectively and that was important because it was a very hot day Internet was working and I was able to make an application for a job the deadline of which was the next day A really good breakfast (continental) and there was an option to eat lunch and dinner if you wished and the quality of the food was of very high standards and very reasonably priced Also there was a machine with NESPRESSO coffee for 2 euros and the quality of the coffee was of really high standards

The only negative that I can say is the location because I know the area due to the fact that I was born and lived many years in Thessaloniki. However, despite the area not being so good, the hotel is in very central location and very close to the national train station. Also on the other side of the road there is a bus stop in order to go to KTEL from where you can go anywhere in Greece by bus

Location is good, transport connections are available, it's a little noisy because of busy traffic around the hotel. The neighborhood is not the best, since the area is not very clean, but it's located 20 min. walking distance from the port and relatively near to the sea coast and nice places for walk and dinner. Rooms are also good, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great, they serve local pastries that are wonderful. Staff is friendly and professional.

The noise around the hotel because of the busy traffic. The hotel parking is small and does not fit all guests' cars, but there is a free parking public zone around, where you can find a place to park if you are patient enough.

Very good hotel, very good room, very good breakfast. Very helpful and kind front-desk personnel. The free parking was very helpful, too. Close location to the railway station and a main bus station, which came in very handy for us, for a half-a-day sightseeing tour, without having to take care of our car in Salonic (2-3 bus stops away from downtown).

The area, being close to the central railway station, is quite noisy and dirty (there is also a construction site in the area at the moment - April 2023). But we didn't feel unsecure as pedestrians, though. Normal precautions againsts pick-pockets would be requiered as in any big town/city in the world, as a rule of thumb (back-packs moved in front of you, no wallet stored in your back pockets, no notable valuables visible, etc.).

A little bit of light coming from the frosted bathroom window and some white noise but only minor minor things.

Excellent location for bus and train travel. Good value for money. Huge bed. Desk and fridge. Very covid safe in staff and practice. A decent buffer breakfast. WiFi worked well. Loved being able to open the window on the 7th floor and step out to a tiny balcony for sunrise view!

The room was comfy and big. The bathrom was also big enough. The view was nice, especialy by night. The cleaning ladies made our beds nicely every day. The room was finely equiped, AC was superb. We always managed to find parking for the car, and the parking in the street is free.

Breakfast was scarce in food choices. And every day they served the same few food options. They did refils, but still I haven't been to a hotel with such little breakfast options. I left my bikini in the room, and they could not arrange to ship it to me. I would have to do it myself and of off my own expence, which is not nice for a hotel. The streets did not feel the safest in the evening, since it is still far away from the city centre.

The best part was the breakfast! We were impressed by the choices and how tasty they were. Location was great too - easy to access with the car, but then also quite close to walk to the city center

Parking lot is rather limited, so most likely you'd need to park in the streets nearby, but it's a minor detail cause the parking was still free and the desk is helpful in advising where to park. Another detail - it wasn't clear if heating in the rooms was working or not (visited in January)

The room was very clean. The equipment was good. What I liked the most was kind and helpful staff. The breakast were very rich and tasty. I VERY APPRECIATE the kindness of the staff who make a place for my car very near to the hotel

It is almost impossible to find a free park place if you travel by car. What I did not like were the glassy flying door between the room an the bathroom. It doesn't make room separated from the bathroom and if you are not a coule you will not probably feel privacy and comfort in the shower or on the toilet.
