Ginger Mumbai Andheri (MIDC)

I am a regular at this place. Good VFM. Room is very spacious and it’s a luxury in Mumbai for the tariff you pay. I will stay here again for sure. Rubeya is an amazing staff and she is efficient and professional. She is able to do multi tasking effectively. Another good attraction is a Kerala hotel nearby. They serve authentic Kerala food and tasty as well. There are many fruits and tender coconut vendors and several food joints as well.

Only one thing I don’t like here the attitude of night shift staff (Atleast whenever I have stayed). They lack etiquette. They don’t even greet while disconnecting the call (forget greeting they bang the phone). Except this all other aspects are neat. I will stay here for sure again.

Reception, Room, GHK were very good. Sushmita at the reception really showed care and concern. Attentive and Caring, In GHK Poonam from GHK Staff checked regularly for requirements if any. Overall Security guards at the entrance carried a smile. All this makes the stay more comfortable. Thank you to each one of you.

RESTAURANT Arrangements looked a bit dilapidated - Place must be well lighted - Decor should get better - Serving arrangements and quality of people's customer orientation should improve. The food appeared satisfactory.

I hadn't had anything so cant tell about food etc. But i asked for Sugar free and same was not provided as they don't provide sugar free. Rest hotel is ok.

No1 - Location is not good. 2- Bed was not comfortable. 3. though i booked for one single bed, i was given twin bed room. Very small bed. The night sleep was not comfortable. 4. No travel desk. Faced lot of difficulty in booking cab. I had to travel in Non Ac local taxi.

"Friendly and personal service Thanks to Swapnil and Subin from front office and The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. "

Lil concerned about the attitude sometimes. I requested for a single large bed while booking and it was confirmed. Even after that while checking in they have some reason and have me those twin bed room. Not sure why

Location, room size and overall maintenance

I seem to have forgotten my wrist watch when I stayed there on Sept 3rd. After a week I realised and called the front desk and they did not even get back to me if they Hve managed to check with their dept.

Breakfast and dinner were good quality . Maintained the taste of the food

The mattress and the covers and bed covers are pretty old and gives the impression of many uses needs a revamp

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing from frontdesk..... Subin ,Chetali and Swapnil . They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

Location & cleanliness in comparison to other Ginger Hotels. Lady at reception is very helpful as we reached early morning & are very tired.

Every thing is okay as we have not used major amenities.

Supportive, friendly & courteous staff. Helpful & understanding.

Limited choice breakfast, unlike a 3-star rated property. Overpriced w.r.t. the location & ambiance.
