The check in was phenomenal. I have never ever seen such a young gent handle a check in in such a professional manner. His name escapes my memory but he is a recent graduate from a Hotel Management Institue and about 22 years of age. I thought he was in high school. Not only was he courteous, but made me an instant fan of returning back to this hotel, when he graciously agreed to throw in the breakfast and allowed me a couple of extra hours to check out. It's these small things that remain in one's mind, and you need to ensure he stays with you!

Couldn't fault the hotel and staff, absolutely perfect for a business trip, close to our business and other amenities. Bedroom was as advertised and couldn't fault the food. I have already recommended my other colleagues to use this hotel for future stays

not much to fault, just felt bad for the receptionist as she was dealing with my booking but she kept being interrupted by other guests who were not patient enough to wait for their turn

Breakfast spread was good, location was also close to Mumbai International airport, Friendly staff at reception and the restaurant.

The location is not there on the maps, and I had to literally search around for it. finally located with the help of reception staff. I was billed taxes extra in addition to the booking .com price, don't think that was mentioned when the booking was done

Nidha from the front desk was helpful and clearly understood our ask. From housekeeping staff Aman made sure that the room was neat and tidy

One of the front desk staff didn't understand our requirement even after explaining it for 1 hour during check in. During check out we faced a problem as he had made a wrong comittment and not informed / passed on the information. For check in we waited for 1 hour at the reception

Absolutely!! Awesome But we felt the breakfast/Lunch/Dinner buffet prices were little bit pricy ! If INR 200 less for each buffet Would have been a best value for money

Breakfast lunch And Dinner buffet prices are too pricy & and when we order ala carte in room or In restaurant The portions are too little / prices are higher It’s not at all worth for the value for the money

Very Professional Staffs! Hotel is in the very good location near Airport! I like the sustainability which they follow! Recycling water, no smoking sign , also signs which mentioned about sustainibility! Keeping good standared!! Well done to the team! Also restaurant citrus team is amazing especially hostess i dont remember her name!She was making sure we are happy with breakfast! Asking satisfaction!! Breakfast varieties was very good!! I really appreciate the GM if this property keeping the best standared to the guests!

Only they were busy which i understand front office team were not attending my calls! Which recovered at the end by meeting personally by FOM not sure his name, he apologised to us about it!!rest all were super

The hotel was neat, clean, professional staff. Being in Mumbai they are upholding all their standards, which is superb.

We weren't able to get early check-in, so we had to wait in the lobby for around 2 hours to get the room, because the hotel is mostly at 75%+ occupancy,

Breakfast choice for vegetarians was very limited. Moreover the preparation could have been better.

i wanted to extend my stay but the staff just refused. They just asked me to book online.

Immaculate rooms, very well looked after building overall. Honestly the pictures are what you see if not better (27/02/23).

all went really well… staff can be slow with few things but it got done so can’t complain..

When I checked at the reception, i am told the property is sold out, but, when i book through booking.com, they accept the booking. Also, even though i opted for a smoking room, the room smelled of smoke at the time of checking in. Had to call the room service to get it sprayed.
