Everything about this stay was fab and exceeded all expectations. We’ve stayed at quite a few top hotels in town and this was by far one of the best experiences. Firstly the front desk guys are so polite and courteous. Vikrant the guy looking at our reservation upgraded our room to a rank higher. Big up for that! The rooms were so clean, AC and wifi working perfectly, not a complaint in the world. The support team deserves a shoutout too for getting everything delivered to our room whenever needed. Even the cleaning lady! Had a very memorable and satisfying stay and will definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends. For the prices they’re a total paisa wasool for a day, for a week or however long you wish to stay.

The amenities were exceptional. Total stay was worth every penny. Even got in-room breakfast when I got up late and the breakfast time was over. Very happy with the stay.

The location was a bit confusing. But can be improvised by mentioning the Witty international school landmark besides it. Also, the lock of my room never worked, so it was an additional hassle to call the technician everytime I came back to the room.

Good staff, Very clean rooms. This was my second visit. Food quality deserves a special mention. Nothing exotic, I had generic Indian dishes, but the preparation was spot on. You don't need a fancy menu to serve good food.

Elevators are way too slow. Also, each of the two elevators requires call request separately. Both should operate in tandem.

Room a/c could be better. While the room size is reasonably big the configuration is such that it looks small.. the area for the bed is small.

Absolutely loved the stay. We were upgraded to the presidential suite and the suite was just perfect. The room was very clean. The reception staff is very warm and welcoming. The staff at the restaurant is also very hospitable. Overall, loved the stay and would definitely prefer to stay here when I visit again.

The property is value for money. The location is quiet with an auto stand just 2 mins walk away. Easy to get Uber/Ola too. The staff are courteous and respond very quickly to any need. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast is decent In orbit, Oberoi and Infinity mall are close by.

The booking process was tedious

Centrally located with easy access to market nearby. Hospitable staff. Neat and clean premises. Ideal for family as rooms already have an extra bed in the living area of the room besides a double bed. Breakfast buffet was also delicious with a decent spread with Eggs/Dosa to order option. And all this at a Value for money deal. Secured parking with valet service.

The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and extremely clean.Special mention to Rohan at the front desk and sonal in housekeeping who were wonderful and elevated our experience there. Centrally located and easy to travel from and to.

1. AC was not working properly it seems no service has been done from quite some time 2. no cleanliness of flooring irrespective of multiple follow ups 3. Internet speed is super slow due to this I can’t call this as a business Hotel
