The corridor carpets outside the rooms were quite worn out and dark-looking on the edges and borders. The lobby sofas had worn out covers. Visitors should only be allowed to go the Guest rooms escorted by Guests or the hotel staff. Sometimes guests are too old and infirm to come down to escort visitors to the at yr rooms.

The hotel is in a good location near Chichwad and quite safe. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is very cordial and pays personal attention. Particularly happy with Tarun along with others who ensured everything is comfortable. Rooms are clean.

That we couldn't put the ac temperature below 20 degrees. And would love to have the hd channels on the tv.

Went out with family to stay in this property for 3 nights and I must say that it was one of the good stay we had. It was an ideal and safe place to stay in this pandemic. The hotel staff was very cooperative, cooardial and very very polite. We did get some royal treatment from each and every staff in the hotel, right from receptionist, staff in restaurant and the cleaning guys. It deserves nothing less than 10 stars. Rooms were perfectly clean, it was sanitised on our arrival. All staff were wearing masks all the time. Did not see any of them having mask half way down or not wearing properly. We had all our food at the hotel, Our food was prepared as per our request and it was quite tasty. Chef did checked with us about the taste etc. Would highly recommend in these pandemic times cheers guys , keep up the good work. 👌👌

Great staff ! Many women staff who are efficient, neat and polite. As an alone woman they made my stay very comfortable. Also got a nice warm welcome cookie which helped curb hunger 'cos I was starving! The food paneer makhani & veg biriyani were both good.

The location is in the middle of slum and i couldn't get cabs out of there. Would be good to book cabs very much in advance.

service was excellent.. staff Ram from the restaurant provided excellent services . breakfast spread was really good.

The bathrooms were not senior citizen friendly.. not enough handrails around to support and very poorly lit rooms and corridors

The breakfast buffet is busy around 8-9am. The main restaurant is too small to accommodate all guests at that time. had to wait at the lobby in the first day. Also suggested to have a good variety of food.

i usually like the welcomed way with " Chakola" fresh hand made cookies but tis time not warm welcomed as well the quality was inferior . because that shows differ style from others but this time no one consider about quality welcome . i was coming to this hotel last 8year and first time i feel this and honest feedback give to get back same quality of our hotel

The frosted glass of toilet. Instead there can be clear glass with an option of electrically operated curtain. The frosted glass caused some inconvenience.
