Holiday Inn Express Pune Pimpri, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast buffet was elaborate and had different items each day. There were even some vegan options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After we had a small issue in our room, we were given a different room that was in impeccable condition. Everything was provided in the room (tea, coffee, kettle, water, soap, shampoo, dental kit, shaving kit). The beds were very comfortable!

There was not enough space to hang wet towels.

The location was great very convenient to travel around , rooms were very clean Mr. Shankar Janti from the housekeeping did a wonderful job

Breakfast buffet could improve with the introduction of European breakfast options… such as croissants and backed beans and stuff The dinner buffet is pathetic for what it costs (Rs 900) , you could have a lovely dinner just across the road for Rs. 300

Would Like mention the names of Mr. Ashish ( Manger) and Mr. Omkar who has supported us whole heartedly out of way during our stay . The way they have solved our small concerns was excellent and impressed to see the IHG inculcates the philosophy of Customer First . Would request the Hotel Sr. Management to appreciate these 2 personnel on our behalf for the support they extended during our stay.

The room was clean and the staff at the reception were courteous.

The breakfast was stone cold, it felt as if it was leftover breakfast being served from previous day. The egg mayo sandwich was a disaster, the egg and mayo was spread only in the middle portion of rhe sandwich and not spread. The medu vada and the idli's were cold, not sure why they didn't have the burners running to heat the food.

Ritika girl on the front desk was very professional and very polite. Very good dealing and humble person. Breakfast was great and Has more Choices we were looking for. Thanks for everything. 10 stars to Ritika.

-close to our work place (moshi- PIECC exhibition grounds) -easily get local conveyance like auto, cab etc - very friendly staff, and cozy hotel

- rooms are really really small. and i mean every word to describe small!

As I wrote above everything is good,, Including breakfast,,, n other food quality,, Nice place to sit n eat Good idea of key to enter in room n operating lift

Everything is good,,,,,, apart from lack of place to keep luggages,,, as v kept our luggages on floor,,,,& on my point of view there should be a common place for a smoke also But apart from all good services,,,,, I would like to suggest that front desk should inform their guests about all facilities they are giving,,,,, Means every day providing bathing towels, water bottles,, tea-coffee pouches,, dustbin bags etc,, all this I came to know myself,,( that they r providing it by keeping on a trolley kept on d floor outside) That is ( the way of providing facilities) also very good but the guests shld get informed that, may be it is coz of current corona situation ,,,,, But please inform to guests

Very good brake fast.But the cost of dinner is too much bcz of less veraities.

House keeping to be improve.Used tea cubs are not cleaned for two days.Need to supply some hair oil,Hand wash tawels,bathing towels need to be replace on day basis.

It's a good business hotel. Staff are courteous. Happy and friendly. They have taken care for diversity. I saw a person who can't speak or hear and working without any problem in hotel. Management did very good thing. It's good to see that everyone is taken care of. Front desk girls are very good. Boys are always cheerful. Breakfast is ample and at this pandemic they are trying best to serve us better.

I had checked in on 5th Morning 6.00AM and checkout was at 8th Morning 6.00; yet had to pay half day rent extra for early check in..
