Holiday Inn Express Pune Hinjewadi, an IHG Hotel

Everything about the hotel is great. Food, free laundry, service, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, comfortable and functional rooms. The rooms are small but well designed for everything you may need. I loved the shampoo, hand wash, body was as well - very high quality. I really appreciated that Holiday Inn Express is inclusive in their employment opportunity and have staff with hearing and speech impairments.

I found the food to be a bit spicy. If they can make the food more homely it would be icing on the cake for long stay travellers like me who travel a lot for work.

The service except they didn't help to carry my luggage, the food was good and the facilities were also good.

They should help to carry luggage. I was traveling alone and I had 3-4 different bags. I asked if someone could help me carry bags but they didn't. One staff coincidentally met in the lift even though he didn't help. While opening the room door my bags fell on the ground one staff member was there again coincidentally still he didn't come to help.... except this indecent act everything else was great 👍

The breakfast location and reception are common so at times it becomes crowdy in breakafast timing of 8.30-9.30 as few are having breakfast while few are checking out. Breakfast spread is good. I have stayed for couple of times and found breakfast to be good enough. The additional facility (though I haven't tried) is about express takeaway breakfast for the guests. This is something new and looks to be good.

Mostly everything except the shower and the Air conditioning.

The shower which was clogged and the Air conditioning which was being put off after midnight breaking the cycle of my sleep for both the days we were there. Such good hotels make guests uncomfortable at night by switching off the air conditioning at night to save on electricity and make break the sleep cycle of tired guests who have worked hard during the day

Room facilities provided were perfect for visit. In spite of bit conjusted / small overall area hotel provided for mini gym facility. The breakfast varieties were excellent.

There is No indication on main road for entering the property. The roads are absolutely jam packed due to Metro work going on as well as due to regular traffic. No facilities for drivers to take bath.

the hotel was good staff was very polite specially front office rooms were very clean and spacious nice bedding clean linen.. just the ac was not properly working in the room rest everything is fine

i ask resturent guy to send the cutlery in the room but they said that they have lots of orders so you can take the plates and spoons in your room.. its ok but its not look good when the guest took cutlery and cross away the lobby...

staff went ahead of their duty, early Morning coffee offered to me by the Duty Manager was an excellent offer. The over all neat clean fresh Holiday Inn Express exceeds the Expectations and Should I say better than the regular Holiday Inn. Excellent Location for the IT workers.

Everything worked however a separate area for Morning breakfast would add to the decor, however I hv no probs with the present cozy corner. The Entry indication like a traffic showing mirror is my friendly suggestion as I liked this property.

Good location. Clean and neat rooms. Comfortable beds and clean linen. Good facilities. Value for money

Breakfast. Menu is repeated. Taste is just average. Staff at Food counter not very helpful. Otherwise overall good experience. For the tariff charged, it is money's worth.

I liked the meals provided (dinner and breakfast). The location and cleanliness were extremely good. The breakfast spread was a delight. The fitness room was quite a surprise with its equipment - a positive one.

The rooms could have been a little bigger with provisions (cups and glasses) for 2 people. The Pillows were too soft for our comfort and led to disturbed sleep for both - my wife and me.

room size is too compact even for a solo traveler.. compact wc area, shower area was bit uncomfortable. restaurant should have been planned at some other level . it gives very bad impression to see people eating as soon as you enter the reception. it spoils the ambiance of the reception
