The check-in process was smooth and quick The food options were nice and fresh (dunno why other people complain) culinary team whipped up some masale dar curries. Its location is a plus point and has few decent shops nearby. The Housing keeping team did a good job of solving the issue I had with the bed linens. They changed the bedding right in front of me, adding more faith in the team. Shout out to the lady Housing Keeping Manager. The Check out process was smooth also Also, I loved the welcome card and little snacks by the Guest Relations team. Would stay again here

On 2 instances, my meals were disturbed by the F&B associate asking for my room number. Even though I made it a point, always inform anyone at the POS system before grabbing a table. And twice the F&B associates forgot we had order juices, and I guess it wasn't his day. Rooms are small but well planned. Also, the gym was barely equipped. The heaviest dumbbells they have are 6 kgs. But it's all forgiven as I understand they are heavily understaffed when it comes to F&B, housekeeping, and FO. Also, it's super economical

Thane does not have many good hotels and IBIS is one of the best. Facility and staff are good. There was some confusion on CP plan as my room booked was only Room but during booking the options on Booking.com should be clear & simple- one without breakfast and one with breakfast. @Rs 599 breakfast option is confusing as it does not give clarity that it is additional or included in room rent.

Bathroom in all IBIS hotel including this one is very small and cramped. That may be a unique feature in all your hotels but that doesn’t give a comfortable feel to move around.

The restaurant, the food, and the very helpful staff ! The peachy fresh fragrance, excellent cleanliness everywhere in the hotel, were a very welcome respite from the Mumbai monsoon.

The room was a bit small, with no possibility of an extra bed, but that was clearly communicated, so no problem. We felt that paying separately for breakfast, for 7 guests, at 699 per person, was a bit too much, so we skipped it. Something of an in-between cost, included with the room charges might not have been so explicitly visible.

Ambience and property is very clean..

I was attended by Mr Harvinder in the front desk at 6:30 pm on 16th oh May 2023, I checked in and went to my room and instantly called that I want to change my room, he said he will come in 10 minutes but he came after 35 minutes. He said I had 3 more guest to check in so I got late I am sorry tha,ts not my problem. He could have sent someone else why should I wait for so long, you are more concerned about checkins but not for the guest who just entered 5 minutes back.

Rooms were spacious, modern, very comfortable and clean. Cleanest bathroom of the trip easily. Staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, with a generous selection of western and Indian dishes and amazing juices.

We came to Thane to visit a friend, but whenever we chose to visit the city centre or the western suburbs it was a crazy long time. Only stay if you intend to stay around Thane and not explore Mumbai.

You can feel that it's a brand new hotel, which is on the plus side. Staff are well mannered, smiles all the way. Very clean room, spotless. Lobby is wonderful for business meetings, as well as social ones, very chill and well designed. The best bargain in Thane for the price hands down.

Not much, maybe the hotel lacks some more luxury such as a pool, but definitely not a deal breaker at all, as it's not lacking anything for business travelers.

We stayed in at the Ibis Thane while visiting family nearby. The hotel was great overall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and the food was also very good. The hotel also has a kids menu which my son loved as he struggles with very spicy food. It is conveniently located in Thane near Korum and Vivianna malls.

View from room was attractive. Breakfast was good. But you can add more items in the breakfast menu. special thanks to Mr. Hitesh Shetty for his gentle cooperation.

The Wi-fi speed was very poor. Hotel like IBIS shouldn't have this issue of poor Wi-Fi. I didn't find any business centre there. The room size was too small and charges based on it overpriced 6K. Food price is too high, charging like 5 star Hotel.

The Hotel was awesome, the staff very caring and friendly. The hotel is quick reponsive for every concerns. The stay was comfortable. Wish they had in house laundry, so people can take care of the laundry. Overall, an amazing hotel at the right location and amazing, comfy stay!!!

Starting with the staff when we checked in, they were humble & respectful had a smile on their face which enlightened the stay. The buffet that was offered to us for Lunch & Dinner was amazing, the buffet spread was great & so was the taste. The room was comfortable and was clean which made our stay an enjoyable experience.
