Keeraun Hill

A warm welcome by Geraldine, giving us tea and scones making us feel at home right from the start. Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom where spotless. The cooked breakfast is wonderfully prepared by Joe and Geraldine and extra wishes are fulfilled to full satisfaction. Selection of cereals, fresh fruit and selection of spreads round things off nicely. Geraldine and Joe are wonderful and went the extra mile, making our stay memorable. THANK YOU Last but not least...Rosie...the most adorable little dog we've ever met!

Keeraun Hill is a beautiful, well kept B&B. I was welcomed by Geraldine, who greeted me with a cup of tea and a chat, making me feel at home right from the start. My room was immaculately clean with a spacious ensuite bathroom. TV had lots of channels including Netflix and there is also tea/coffee and biscuits available outside your room if you wish to make use of them. The breakfast was delicious and guests have ample choice of fruit,cereal or a cooked meal. Enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.

Geraldine was a fantastic host, and couldn't have been more welcoming. We arrived relatively late, and she made us a lovely cup of tea on arrival and gave us some recommendations for the local area. Our room was perfect, the beds were comfy and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely every day, without fail. Gluten free requirements were catered for without fuss. The cherry on the cake was delightful Rosy dog who was very pleased to see us each morning for a tummy rub. Would 100% recommend and will return in the future.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Everything spotless. Breakfast was both delicious and huge (if you want the full Irish!). Host Geraldine was lovely, very helpful with local knowledge and suggestions, and went out of her way to make us comfortable. House easily accessible from main road and plenty of parking. Was visiting friends, but plenty to do in and around the area and nicely central for this purpose.

The guests where the loveliest people I have ever met. Super friendly and welcoming to both me and my daughter. We were staying over for a dancing competiton and they took a real interest engaging in conversation with my young daughter about this. They woke early to make and serve us breakfast before their breakfast time actually started! The room was super clean, absolutely gorgeous, well equipped and had a super comfy bed!! Would 100% recommend this to anyone needing accomodation within this area.

The only downside of our stay was the distance away from the dancing venue. This was not our hosts fault and we were fully aware of this before we booked.

Very welcoming, friendly, big bed and spacious room. Everything was very fresh and looked like it was newly decorated. Good breakfast. Enough parking space. Not too far from town with a car. Near to Clonfert Church (by car) which is worth visiting.

The weather!

Geraldine, the host, was very welcoming and eager to ensure I had a good stay. The room, with en-suite, was immaculate and a very generous size, and the bed was super comfy. There was a good variety of options for breakfast, and a lounge with tea and coffee making facilities. If you like dogs, Rosy is a very cute little terrier who loves belly rubs and ear scratches, but wont pester you for them. All in all, I had a very enjoyable time.

Owner was absolutely lovely, not to mention her little dog just made out breakfast even better !! Rooms were spotless and comfortable. breakfast was delicious! Will Definitely be back and would 1000% recommend.

We did have some difficulty locking the door from the inside but honestly it wasn’t a big issue. When leave the door locked fine just wouldn’t lock from inside.

Our hosts were highly accomodating, every evening asked for our wishes for breakfast and let us enjoy a full Irish Breakfast. The house itself is beautiful and lovely, the rooms are pretty big and comfortable with very clean bathrooms. We were able to use a small kitchen to store a few things in the fridge and make ourselves some tea or coffee during the day. The nights were absolutely quiet due to the location in the middle of a beautiful nowhere, so we were able to get enough rest to start our trips in the mornings and discover the whole island. Near to the accomadation you´ll find two pubs and some places to eat or take your food home with you and some very nice things to see where you don´t have to drive too far for.

Breakfast - superior, outside the house due to fantastic weather. Quiet, close to the road, but in reasonable distance. Beautifully decorated house, well-chosen interior colors, great rooms and bathrooms. Geraldine is absolutely fantastic the host of the house! And very very helpful.
