Fantastic location for getting ready for a boat trip down the Shannon. The apartment was simple, spare but exactly what’s needed to organize and prep. Lots of single beds made it easy to have a large group gather. Staff was very accommodating when our boat departure time was delayed several hours and let use delay check out. Check in was also really easy. Plus you can park right next to the elevator so bring gear and groceries in and out was simple. This is a set up with everything essential covered but not luxury, a family or group taking advantage of all the outdoor activities in the area will appreciate it.

Great location to base yourself for a trip to Carrick-On-Shannon, right in the heart of the action. Close to all bars and restaurants, a short walk from the Marina. The apartment itself was the perfect size for our trip. The staff that we met were very friendly and nothing was too much hassle for them. Recommended !

The only thing we didn't like and it's a personal preference is the beds, we prefer a solid base. Only a minor issue.

I enjoyed my stay the place was quiet at night and then workers were very helpful

The security at the end of the night trying to get in weren’t great as kept saying my friend wasn’t staying there but his name was on the list and kinda had to argue with them so my friend could get in for awhile but when I shoulder him the name I was saying he finally got in

Excellent Apartments in a great location. More than ample space for two adults and two kids. We had an issue on the first night which we do understand was a one-off and we were more than satisfied with the response we received the next day from the Apartment owner and his staff. They went beyond what was necessary to ensure our stay went very well. We would definitely stay here again.

You need more plates/dishes in the apartment for families.

We were on a family break and stayed at The Courtyard. We only meant to stay 2 nights but ended up booking an additional 3 nights. The accommodation, facilities and location were brilliant! would highly recommend it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. can’t wait to go back again.

The washer dryer wasn’t great! took ages to dry the clothes plus no clothes horse. Also accommodation could do with a full length mirror.

staff were very friendly and helpful apartment was clean and had everything you needed location was excellent right in centre of town but easy to get to and secure underground parking. if you had any issues or needed any help reception was staffed all day from 9am

toilet roll holder was missing in bathroom

It was helpful that it had all single beds. There also was a big lock up storage room in which we could place our bikes

There were only two bathrooms. Maybe under normal circumstances this would not be a problem, but our having just cycled the day, it would have been useful to have had more showers between eight of us.

It was clean, spacious, comfortable and a great location. Best of all for me it was pet friendly, huge advantage. And the staff were lovely on my arrival. There was parking on site and a lift to the floors from the car park. Couldn't fault my stay and I'll be back.

There wasn't anything!

This is primarily a stag / hens accommodation so probably not suited to those with young families. Our apartment (No. 5) was at the back of the property so away from the noise. Location was excellent. Apartment was spacious and good value for money. Staff were very friendly. Good facilities on site with bar etc. if that's the kind of trip you are looking for.

Underground parking is left open so anyone can park there when visiting the town. As a result, there were no spaces left for guests staying in the apartments. Shower was a little temperamental but not the worst. Some of the cutlery wasn't the cleanest so advise to wash before use.

A very central location. The apartment was very spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The service was exceptional - when we arrived the fridge was not working so we informed reception and there was a new fridge in place within 15 minutes!
