Plenty of food around to make a breakfast + snacks (nb. no cooking facilities, except a toaster and kettle - not a problem, for us). Large room, with space to put our bags and belongings, without tripping over them. Comfortable bed and settee, as well as a small breakfast table and chairs. Clean and well looked after. Spacious toilet/shower room. Good shower (no fiddling to get the right temp and water pressure, for once!). Multiple electric sockets, for chargers etc. Quiet (the traffic from the nearby bypass, which is shielded from the property, was not really noticeable, especially when the windows were closed). Convenient for Sligo town centre - reasonably walkable, although we didn't try it, on this occasion, due to lack of time. Sarah and Tony (who live in the adjoining house) were good at checking we had all we needed, without being obtrusive. Space outside for parking was good, too, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

Only a couple of minor things, neither of them Sarah and Tony's fault. Unfortunately the wifi had been knocked out by a thunderstorm, just before we arrived. I'm sure it's fine, once it's been fixed. Also not Sarah and Tony's fault, but something to watch out for - We managed to get lost, when we arrived, by reaching the nearby roundabout from the wrong direction..... ending up on Caltragh Road, instead of Caltragh Lane. I must say this was partly my fault (for not writing down Caltragh Lane) and partly Google Maps for giving the part of Circular Rd we should have come up a different name, depending on the zoom level. Be aware that the turning off Caltragh Lane is quite small and could be missed if you aren't watching out for it. Once found, it's very easy!

The hosts were super friendly. We happened to arrive at dinner time and they scooped up a dish for us. They have thought out many small details that are good for travelers. They have added a small refrigerator and coffee maker (not pictured). I liked having a couch to sit on instead of the bed. The water pressure was good. Not a trickle coming out like many other places. Last house at the end of the street.

The wifi was not strong, and then went out completely when we were trying to plan and book the next days sights/room. There is a small wall in between the entry doors that made thump noise during the night in the wind. However, I think it was unusually windy when we were there. There is a door that adjoins hosts quarters, some people may not like that.

The property was lovely, clean and comfortable and also good value. It was a pity that we were there for just one night. As well as tea and coffee making facilites there was a fridge, toaster, breakfast cereal, bread and preserves together with crockery and cutlery. These were unexpected and very gratefully recieved. Our hosts were most friendly and welcoming.

I can't think of anything.

I arrived late in the evening and the host was available to show me around. The room was clean and had all amenities I required, including breakfast facilities. It was also very close to my work location and the main road.

The directions from the booking.com app wasn't accurate. I had to use the eircode to find the property. I couldn't get the television to work, but it wasn't a problem as I didn't really have the time to watch it anyway.

Amazing hosts! Great communication. The place was extremely clean, good location and easy to find (just add the Eircode on Google Maps). Close enough to City Centre e and to the N4 which takes to many places around Sligo. The place has everything that you need. Great shower!!

A spacious room at the end of a cul de sac on the edge of town. A huge range of ingredients provided for the do-it-yourself breakfast.

Not the easiest place to find as there's no sign at the end of the road but Google maps will find it if you put in the Eircode. It's a hilly walk of 15-20 minutes into town.

The hosts are really nice friendly people and the room itself was immaculate. Lovely spacious bathroom, extremely comfortable big bed and very generous tea/coffee and breakfast offerings. Beautiful views, quiet yet a short walk into the town centre. Outstanding all around! Thanks to the hosts S & T!

The room was comfortable and clean and everything we wanted was there.

The wifi signal was very poor, such that we were unable to use Google. The coffee-maker wasn’t working. The walk into town was not 10 minutes, but more than twice that.
