Breakfast - lovely breakfast with plenty of options Staff - the entire team were friendly and professional throughout our 11 day stay. In particular I would like to mention Colin who was extremely professional and polite during breakfast service - deserves recognition for always providing superb service :) Room -spacious and thoughtful layout Decor - nice and modern

Breakfast - Due to Covid the buffet was table service only which is understandable and appreciated but the menu to order from was not laid out clearly in my opinion. I would recommend using a checklist system where you can tick which items you would like this makes ordering easier, reduces errors and helps the breakfast team. Room - the shower was a negative as the water pressure was not the best and meant I had to stand right by the edge to get enough water. Also there was no handheld option it was not a very effective shower and you could not easily clean the tub

We really enjoyed our spring-holidays stay with my sons in this hotel. We found it very comfortable for our purpose and did enjoy all of the following - excellent breakfast, excellent location of the hotel, comfortable room and beds, good temperature and conditioning in the room, noise-proof windows (no noise however we lived above very busy road), also curtains did not put the light through, good bathroom and flat TV in the room. Excellent choice for the holiday break in Dublin! Also a very kind personnel pleased us a lot.

TV was not connectable via Bluetooth, or we did not find it. On some pictures there was even more comfortable bathroom shown but we have more standard one - however even that was very good one, must admit.

It was a good location about a 5 minute walk from O'Connell Street, which has lots of options for food, drinks and shopping, because of this the road wasn't busy or loud at night. It's good location for doing coach trips or coach transfers because of the short walk as well. The staff were all friendly and helpful for any needs that we had for booking trips, taxis and restaurant recommendations. We never we went for breakfast but there was a the option for breakfast pasties and takeaway drinks at the bar.

Very limited choice of food in the restaurant at night and not a lot of seating in the bar area. There was a refillable water station available, but it was out of order when we visited so we had to fill our water bottles at the bar or bathroom tap.

Location, city centre, proximity to public transport, close to malls, supermarkets and attractions! 5-20 minutes walk only. Most of the staff are friendly looking especially during my check-in and check-out times and staff at the restaurant. Good breakfast buffet as well!

Cleanliness of the room can be improved. The drain in the shower is just too slow I find it disgusting. A four star hotel must have complete basic toiletries ready especially on first night stay, although there is an option to order additional supplies and services for free via QR Code app. I guess they are just being economical and environmental friendly which I understand and actually good.

Staff: with a very special mention to Ms. Letizia (professional, helpful and friendly beyond any expectation), and the deputy manager Mr. Marcelli, always ready to take care of any least problem. Location: quiet area but few minute walking to O'Connell and easy bus connections very close. Breakfast: superb for variety and quality (and the service, perfectly cared by Mr. Zameer). Room (at the 6th floor!): comfortable even if not too large and very essential as for furniture (no true cupboard and no minibar). Wifi: excellent. Air conditioning: very good.

No international (not to say foreign) TV channels. Room service with some flaws. Carpeted floor. Some more accessories (bathrobe, slippers, toiletries...) would have been appreciated.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was big and had a tub with a shower head. The breakfast had everything to suit a british or continental taste. If desired fresh porridge would be prepared and brought to your table. The distance to the river Liffey and Temple Bar was approximately 1 km so most sights are quite close. If this is too far for your taste there are several bus stops even closer.

If your room has a window pointing to the street the traffic might spoil your sleep.

Breakfast was very good, lots of options and the staff were attentive. The location was spot on, very close to everything we wanted. We arrived quite early and received great service from the off. Valentino went that extra mile for us and very much appreciated. The other staff at the reception were also friendly and attentive. You got the sense they took great pride in what they were offering, such a rare thing in our modern world. A big well done to the team.

We came straight from the Maldron in Belfast and the differences were obvious. Belfast is updated and modern and Dublin is in need of some updates. However, the customer service was notably better in Dublin.

Basically, everything was perfect. The tidiness of the room was perfect. The bathroom we had, was the best bathroom I have experienced in my life in hotels. The breakfast was really really grat, a lot of options, also for vegans, a lot of pastery, a lot of drinks, so everyone can chose, and it was really delicious.

The only negative thing I have to say is this: one day we had a whole day trip and we needed to leave early. Meaning, we didn't make it to the breakfast. We had the bed and breakfast reservation, meaning we couldn't swap breakfast for dinner. But when we asked the staff what we could do, they said that they could prepare the breakfast for us in the morning and we could take it fore take-away. We did that. That was a positive thing, but the only disappointment was, what we got for that breakfast. It was a small orange juice, chocolate pastry, an apple, yogurt, and water. Still, it's okay, but for breakfast, it would be nice to have something salty, not just sugar. That was the only negative experience.
