The host was friendly and welcoming; the location is about 15 minutes on foot from the centre of Waterford city along a road with bus routes; the room was clean and quite spacious with kettle, tea and coffee etc, TV and good wifi; I had an en-suite bathroom, which was a very nice surprise as I wasn't expecting this...

I didn't receive a front door key at check in (host said he would be there all the time, but first time I came back I wasn't heard and another guest who had a key arrived a few mins later and I gained access, I then decided to use an open side door to gain access as this was closer to my room...); breakfast is 8-10 am, but I suggest making it available from at least 7 (even earlier) as many guests like to get up early for travel purposes - I suggest just leaving milk out (chiller) and a couple of toasters and kettles (or hot water dispensers) so guests can simply help themselves and the host doesn't have to be available so early (I did manage a bowl of cereal the first morning, but only a banana the next as there was no milk); the bed was extremely creaky...

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful accommodation and I can confidently say that it was a fantastic experience! The room was absolutely stunning, with a comfortable bed and beautiful decor that made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. The amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Five stars all around!

Very clean guest house, easy walk into centre of Waterford, bus stop just opposite if walking not required. Graeme is friendly, helpful host. Was ideal for us. Some reviewers comment on noise from main road traffic. We had room at front and are both sensitive to noise, but as long as front window was properly closed, noise didn't bother us. We would stay there again.

Nothing. Was a perfectly satisfactory guest lodge, substantially cheaper than the hotel our friends were staying in.

Clean, comfortable facilities, comfy bed and nice ensuite. Graeme and Darryl were both very friendly staff and are there when you need them. Location is good. 20 minute walk to city but you can get regular buses too (W1, W2, 360). Was worth what you pay for.

It didn't bother me too much but I thought the service was a little hands off. However it was very friendly and helpful when you need it and I still had an enjoyable stay.. There was no breakfast but this was made clear in advance so I was able to plan. There is coffee though which was good.

Staff was good, helped in all the ways they could. Everything was clean and tidy, cleaned up almost every day.

The room had double bed, but not enough space even to open the door, quite small. In my view, some amenities were missing, as there is no proper kitchen (and no meals supplied, like they wrote in reservation..), there's basically only fridge and microwave, so it's hard, if you just want to buy food from shop. I got a plate, bowl, fork, knife and spoon, after I asked, but would guess, it should be given to customers by default. Interior looks to be recently renovated, looks nice, however some cheap equipment used - kettle cannot be lifted without cable taken out of the socket, and it takes ages for it to get boiling water, hot water from the tap goes at a very slow current, but generally everything is working, clean, and looks nice :)

Great location for city centre, local places to eat very close (Blackfriars Coffee 5 doors away do a great coffee and Blaa). Owners and people invoked ALL very helpful and welcoming - spotlessly clean. Shower and all facilities worked well. Accommodated my bike, always important on a bike trip. Place to eat takeaway or own (already prepared food) separate to room.

If I stayed again - and I definitely would, I’d get an en suite shower toilet. nothing wrong with it at all, just an age thing.

Excellent guest house which has been styled very tastefully. Individual rooms with own key. Very friendly staff that manage the accommodation. Exceptionally clean facilities. Would certainly stay here if visiting Waterford in the future.

Very little to find fault with. The room I stayed in has a double bed but is suited only to one person as the room size is small.

The men who was there when we arrive was very nice. The beds are very comfortable and the house is very beautiful and cosy

The shower was a little bit difficult to regulate. It would be amazing that we can use the kitchen for cooking, but we couldn't, anyway I understand it is for the poeple who lives there.

Peaceful and comfortable- close to city centre and if you wanted to use bus the stop is right outside. Room to park car. Very clean room and bathroom. Owner very helpful and relaxed manner on phone. Fun to chat to other guests from all over the world at breakfast.

Very friendly host who met us at the B and B Rooms clean, warm and comfortable 15 to 20 minute walk into Waterford town centre was fine

Tiny ensuite that has been built in the corner of the room was a bit comical and may be an issue for very large people or elderly, In fairness with a little care was ok and did not detract from the excellent visit
