Everything. From check-in to check out, we had a GREAT stay.

The water pressure in the bath tub was really low, so it took a long time for the bath tub to fill up with water. Also, the door out of the pool area into the hotel was locked before 16:30 so we had to walk around the whole area to get back into the hotel which was a bit inconvenient.

Everything! Super kid-friendly, the pool is amazing (see property photos if you haven't already), breakfast had an insane variety - even if they offered the half, I would still say it was an insane variety. Comfortable rooms, extra activities that we didn't participate in but they sound real nice.

Shabbat elevator!!! We always have to be considerate of the religious but they don't have to be considerate of us - that's just SO wrong (a huge problem in Israel in general). So we stayed close so we can climb up only one floor, but it's supposed to be the other way around - NORMAL elevator, and if you don't want to use it - YOU take the stairs.

The facilities are good, the area is fantastic, food really exceeded expectations but the spirit of staff is what you would expect from a Kibutz, it lacks discipline so cleaning and service was a bit lagging.

I found it distracting when the tour guide was talking how he built the Kibutz and fought independence wars when he looks like 60 years old. Shouldn't he be like 100 to be clearly speaking like that?

Wonderful pool and garden. Good places to stroll. Excellent Buffet at meals.

We were situated in a room that allowed us to sleep only one out of two nights. Unfortunately a large very loud youth group prevented us from getting any rest the second night. Would have been perfect if not for that. Next time, I would hope the hotel would be honest about situating us in a room with the potential for great disturbance or compensate us in some way after what happened.

The staff was super pleasant and helpful. We, due to our flight, arrived at 6am and our check-in was scheduled for 3pm. As we were very tired, the hotel receptionist was very attentive and helpful and managed to provide us with a spare room, with the same quality as ours, until 3pm when we would be moved to our room. On top of that, he offered us the breakfast, all this without any additional cost. The chef is a super nice person, very experienced and makes fantastic scrambled eggs on the spot. The gardens are beautiful. There is some contrast with some older, shabby-looking things, but visiting the city, you eventually realize it's cultural. The outdoor and indoor pools and the health club are good and well equipped. The only problem is that they are open to the city public. This is a little annoying because on hot days there are a lot of people. But it is a family hotel, so if you want to relax by the pool, it is not the best choice.

Front desk staff mohamed abumohed was great and extremely helpful especially when he assisted me above and beyond in helping me resolve a little issue i had with public transport. Facilities were super clean and up to date.I work in airline industry and this is the kind of quality services i like to experience when i stay at a hotel.

If i didnt have car , i would initially be worried about distance. However free parking was Great! And even with having car i didnt need to use it. Bus 7 starts at the hotel and get off on jaffa st. From there you can choose and pick your days agenda.

There are 2 things I'd like to point out: A. The food, especially at Friday night, was fantastic! B. The children pool is gigantic comparing to many hotels I've been. There is no question in my mind that my family and I will return one day.

The entrance to the hotel from the pool. The management of the hotel must resolve how to let the guests in without bringing the mud with them.

Traveling in January 2022 during the Omnicron variant of Covid-19 meant there were few crowds wherever we went. Ramat Rachel which is our favourite hotel in Jerusalem exceeded our expectations by giving us a room upgrade. The staff were exceedingly friendly and the facilities were wonderful. We were on a Bed & Breakfast plan - the variety each morning was rich and diverse. Equally enjoyable is the nearby indoor swimming pool that guests can use during the winter with Jacuzzi and steam rooms. The location is a bit remote from centre of Jerusalem - but the views of Har Homa and Tekoa are worth the distance to us.

Nothing was missing.
