Best Western Hotel Tre Torri

If you travel by car the hotel has an ideal location to visit Vicenza and Verona. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room is spacious, the bed is huge and comfortable, 4 pillows, we received free chips and biscuits, tea and coffee. bathroom is equipped with toilet, bidet and a shower. The breakfast is wonderful, offers a great variety of salty and sweet stuff. There was a tourist group of 140 people there but the staff made a heroic effort to keep the servings available. Parking is free right in front of the entrance. Wi-fi is strong and stable.

The hotel was decent, we arrived late at around 10:30 p.m. and we were starving, they served us a nice dinner although the kitchen was closing, this really was great service. The room was fine, it's a simple hotel and clean. The staff was really nice, they made the stay worth it. The bed was comfortable, and everything was fine. Breakfast was nice, it had a big variety.

There's nothing that I didn't like to be honest, the only thing is that I went on a very high season to attend Vicenza Oro and the prices of the hotels were very high, so the value for money is higher that what I was expecting.

We loved the location of the hotel. Easy access to public transportation. Also, great customer service by the staff. Room service was exceptional, and professional. The bed was very comfortable, and allowed to rest, relax, and enjoy a good night's sleep.

There wasn't anything we disliked. Everything for the most part was satisfactory. One exception, the sound on the television didn't always work. We had to turn the tv on, then off, and on again for the volume to work.

The room was very clean, had plenty of room and had nice fresh decor. The bathroom again was clean with lots of lovely soft towels etc. Breakfast and the evening meal had plenty of choice and were both very well presented.

I thought the air conditioning within the bedroom could have been more powerful. Maybe more danish choice rather than cakes for breakfast.

I stayed at the hotel for almost a month, so it became almost like my home. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was cleaned well and smelled good. The staff was nice and attentive. I had some issues, and they were always there to try and solve it.

The air conditioner was turned off at times during the day and night

Excellent breakfast, had just about everything and all fresh and top quality! Fully loaded room, really clean, fresh towels and clean up every day, regardless of use. Staff were really friendly and very helpful at reception and at breakfast. We stayed here, partly for proximity to our destinations and partly as it had a bar. Unfortunately for us, the bar was closed for renovations but I'm sure that'll be great news for future travellers!

Staff was quite nice and provided quick and efficient service. The area where the hotel is located is convenient. Free parking and very affordable breakfast price. Rooms were clean & simple. Powerful shower. They have a nice little bar area.

A little noisy but that's to be expected if you look at the area (highways, trains, etc...). also, the room was on the hot side even with heating turned off. Had to keep the window opened for some time, but it meant more noise. Bed was on the hard side.

We only stayed for a few hours as this was just a stop in between our road trip. If we only knew how amazing this hotel was, we would have stayed longer. The comfort of the bed is just amazing. Never slept so great! As well the breakfast was very organized due to COVID restrictions and the staff member serving the breakfast was very attentive and friendly. There was a lot of choice/options to eat/drink and all very delicious. Thank you!

Convenient location from the highway, nice breakfast for the price

Our room has definitely been smoked in by the guest before us and there even was an ashtray in the room. The rooms are stated as non-smoking and for a person that does not smoke, it is a rather uncomfortable smell.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Kind staff.

The breakfast buffet size was not appropriate for the number of guests. It was too crowded and difficult to get some food. We stayed here twice and it was the same both times.
