Beautifuk hotel, ideally situated. Fair price for the rooms/ service. Good breakfast.

Once you arrive, all rooms in the hotel are ‘deluxe’ rooms ( even room 402, a small room under the roof with a very small window/ photo enclosed). Proposal to the guests: refuse the free aperitive they offer you, because it means you do not get the right room + negotiate for your ‘deluxe’ room. Suggestion to the hotel: make a clear distinction between classic/ superior/ de luxe rooms in your hotel . What people book in booking.com is not always what they get. I’m very dissapointed of this way of working.

A beautiful historic house and dignified interior. The hotel is on top of a hill, and because of that, there are also nice views from the window and also quiet. Very good breakfast (for Italy). The pool is a good size, but it is an indoor pool. At the same time, one wall of the room can be fully opened with sliding glass doors and from there you can sunbathe on the terrace, but this terrace is very small. The rest of the sunbathing areas are one floor below in the olive garden. The pictures show that also the roof partially opens, but at least on that day the roof was closed. Not quite an experience comparable to an outdoor pool, but for that you can use the pool in other seasons as well.

The pool needs updating. Our room was a bit small.

Beautiful old villa converted into a hotel, the surroundilg of the villa is amazing - olive trees, small hills with small villages, you feel like in Tuscany there. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The pool area is also very nice and provides amazing views as well. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast which was a great experience- we were sitting outside and enjoyed the beautiful views and tasty food with a lot of variety (there was also prosecco and fresh orange juice!) We can recommend this place and we will come back.

Our room was quite dark, because we had just a small window. The bathtube in our room had a very strange shape and it was very easy to slip, so it was quite dangerous. The drinks in the minibar or pool area are quite overpriced.

We had a lovely stay. I loved the pool, the room was very nice, really comfortable bed. I appreciated the espresso machine in the room.All the room and hotel facilities were the best. The staff is very kind.Cannot miss to mention the extraordinary breakfast. The area is very quiet with green park outside, we enjoyed our relaxing stay a lot!

We needed a bit more from the restaurant fir the dinner, There are no other restaurants nearby unless you go by car. Was hard to choose from the menu and small portions compared to the high price. Otherwise the lamb was very delicious, although I had to eat a lot of bread to fill full.

The interior and location is perfect. A quiet place for a nice stay.

I’d say the breakfast is overrated. You expect a bit more for 25€ per person. The pancakes were literally frozen, so I assume they don’t bake it on spot. The restaurant. It’s kinda dark if you sit outside in the evening, so a small candle on the table would be perfect! The octopus was a bit burnt and the starter came after the main dish, not before. But the restaurant staff is super friendly. The bathtub should be replaced, it’s hard to stand there and take a shower. In general, If you work on the bathtub and the kitchen, and add just a bit more kindness to the reception staff - that would be a true 5 star place)

We are visiting this hotel for over 20 years, we love location, quiet relaxing place, clean , traditional rooms, friendly staff.

Expensive restaurant with complicated menu, doesn't present Italian cuisine. It is much better to eat in local restaurants around. Service in the restaurant at the swimming pool. Long waiting time to bring drinks from main restaurant. Cleanliness around swimming pool , decks, terraces. Something is wrong with management

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and professional and always happy to help. The room was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable. We were also very happy to have air conditioning in the heat.

I feel the bathrooms could do with being updated, especially the showers and shower curtains. I also feel the food is expensive (especially as they don't always provide vegetables with the main courses)

Wonderful loocation on the top of the hill, wonderful view on the valleys and hills around(from the garden, not from the room), free parking, great swimming pool, kind staff members, very clean, extremely comfortable beds, decent breakfast in wonderful garden, really wonderful hotel.

They have given us rooms on upper floor with very small windows and we reserved the rooms with bigger windows(at least it was shown that way on booking.com) so our rooms were dark but we were tired on first night and didn't want to ask for different rooms. I think they have lack of staff since they did not have anybody at the pool bar so we have to climb up to the hotel to order drinks. Also we had to wait for long time every morning to get eggs for breakfast. First night we order two glasses of wine in midnight and we got it, but on the second night they did not want to serve it to us and since it is very nice to sit in this hotels' garden in the night it spoiled our enjoyment a little.

Lovely stay overlooking the hills, perfect location for exploring. Quiet room, good sized-bathroom and absolutely great breakfast - Ms Luisa was fantastic and courteous. The pool is a plus and we hope to be back soon!

A glitch on check out day when we got woken up early on Sunday morning by housekeeping staff - the front desk was kind enough to make up for this nuisance upon our departure but as suggested we would encourage further communication to avoid this happening again.

A big hotel where you do not feel like being in a big hotel. A very large breakfast banquette . Stylish , helpful and discrete staff. When they heard that we had some wine purchased , they offered us to store it in a cold place during our stay. that is what we understand as " thinking customer" thank you Grazie tante

Staff was so good at speaking English that we did not get a chance to practise our bad Italian.
