Hotel Mary

Staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Rooms were nice, accommodated with a small safe and a small fridge. (A water kettle would have been nice too.) The rooms were clean and the water pressure was very good. They have single rooms, which was nice for the singles in the group. Some rooms on the upper floors at the back look out on trees and a church tower. In the basement they have a few laundromats for guests to use for a small fee. There are a few good restaurants in the neighbourhood at walking distance, and there are a bank and a supermarket across the street. Parking is on the property and the hotel is close to the motorway. Taxi fare to the city centre was about EUR 15. (We didn’t try the public transport this time.) A neat and modest hotel, great for staying a longer period of time (we stayed for two weeks) and take day trips to all the great places and sites in the area. (In other words, great for an active stay, for lounging and relaxing I’d look further.)

The road it’s on is a busy, noisy one, and it’s not much quieter at the back (we were woken up early in the mornings by, e.g., waste collection). Still, I’d return for all the positives it offers.

Space was excellent for the family, and we appreciated the crib, it was the perfect size for our son who is 12mos. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety and the customer service was excellent. I also liked the security and key entry. The hotel was stroller and wheelchair accessible which is unique in the area. We were walking distance from 4-5 restaurants, most open until 10pm. Very close and accessible to Caserma Ederle, 5min driving either direction which was convenient for the reason of my visit

Parking space could be improved , just because it is next to a busy street. However, we found a space each time.

The entire staff were terrific! They allowed us to check in a bit early, kept our luggage stored in a locked area so we could attend an event after check-out. Location is handy, if you need to be close to the military base. Breakfast was mostly breads/rolls/desserts, with some yogurt and cereals. One of the best Gelato places is just a 2 minute walk across the street.

The decor of the building is very dated... more 1970's, so if you are expecting modern, you won't find it here.

Easy access to the US Army Garrison base where I had an appoint. VERY clean! Excellent front desk staff: pleasant and helpful with restaurant suggestions, directions, taxis, general & miscellaneous information. Safe area for walking to restaurants. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Comfortable bed; very clean room; good shower with hot water & good water pressure; self service laundry machines for those who need them.

There was nothing I disliked.

Bus stop outside hotel with frequent buses that take you into town. Clean hotel with excellent choice for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and were able to advise on buses. Information leaflets on display about events in the local area.

Service and Hospitality , language assistance in cab booking, preferred service at breakfast, and most importantly extra guidance to avoid time waste in any matter,

Nothing in particular, however we had a tiny issue on the sanitation. the issue was immediately attended,

Standard Italian hotel...clean and functional. I guess a lot of business is from nearby US military base. Extra points for having a microwave and an iron in the room. Secure bike rack in street across from hotel for fellow bike travellers.

the staff was absolutely super helpful, the room was nice and had a huge balcony. very close to base, and only took 2 min walk to be there.

Was passing through on way to Venice. I'm very sorry walk from Vicenza base walk-in gate. Also, a short cuty bus ride to the train station. I was very happy with the room.

Such a clean hotel, perfectly lovely. The price was incredible. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Perfect location. I am happy to say that I enjoyed my stay.
