+ nice and clean room + Marco really willing to help with check-in and gave us all the information + large room, kitchen and also bathroom with a lot of storage + next to a supermarket and a bus stop + quiet area, not directly in the city

- location --> directly next to the train rails which was very loud; next to a large store or more specifically a place where the shop assistant goes for a smoking break and looks into the windows - sink in the shower not working at all - poorly equipped kitchen, we would appreciate e.g. oil, salt, pepper or some other basics in order to cook because the kitchen was perfect but you don't really want to buy a kilogram of salt just for 3 days - very very very loud couch / bed

Easiness of check-in, modern interior, location was quite convenient - 4 tram stops from the central railway station, but to the city center I had to take the e-scooter. Fair value for money, even though some basic equipment would be more appreciated.

Location - walking distance to the city, but it can be tiring. The car workshops in the neighborhood and the tram nearby were noisy and often woke us up earlier than planned. No Netflix. Even for a short stay we had to buy basic stuff which could be already there - like olive oil, salt, or shampoo. Little things make difference :)

The location, the self-check in system

- There is no a shower shelf, so all your products for showering you have to put outside of the shower. - Missing the natural light (technically speaking you can have the natural light by moving the curtains from the windows, but then you would be risking to be seen by someone from outside if you are staying at the ground floor) .

Loved the space, loved the cleanliness and the modern look. Loved the kitchen and loo facilities

The code was a bit dodgy. We had to put it in multiple times before the door would unlock. Also found it a bit unsafe - would have loved an inside lock aswell as the automatic lock just to be sure no one could get in at night when we were asleep

Room was clean, near shops and pharmacy. Easy to check-in and check-out. Ac worked well. On the day of arrival the owner sent me message with the pincode of the door and asked if everything was ok. Very nice.

The bed was creaking.

The fastest internet in Italy. The Aldi next door makes shopping easy.

There are no busses after 21:00 and the apartment is farther than expected from the city center. Luckily there is a Lime Scooter parking location across the road.

The room was clean, spacious and very clean. I stayed for 3 nights, but the kitchen was also substantial and useful. I still want to use it.

It seems that the TV was stolen after I checked out, so I'm worried if it was okay

Self catering.

Staying for a week a washing machine, iron and clothes horse would have been usefull, as supplied in other units in town. Bed is a sofa bed so not comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Conveniently located with bus stop ,supermarket, bars and restaurants very close by. Surprisingly quiet too. Staff were friendly and quite helpful.

It was nice accomodation, very clean and modern

The bed was making terrible noises during the night so it was quite difficult to get some good sleep
