The room was very big with everything you need, desk, cupboard, lamp near the bed and also a little patio/balcony. The host was very helpful and offers to drive you to the airport for a fee of ten euro, perfectly convenient if you’re staying there to go to the airport the next day.

It wasn’t that clean, the shower had limescale all over the head and pipe so it didn’t feel so clean. The floor in the room felt very dusty but apart from that the towels, linen and mostly everything else was clean. Just be aware that there is a main road right outside, so it’s quite noisy, the host kindly leaves you a pack of earplugs. Also one little strange thing is your bathroom is not connected to your room, it’s opposite your room but that obviously means you have to go out into the corridor, it’s not much of a problem because it’s very close.

I liked the location of the room. It was only a 2 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute ride to the airport. I liked that the host was able to take me to the airport in the morning for a small fee. The room was large and clean. It had it's own bathroom across the hall. I loved the themes of the room. I enjoyed my stay.

The only part that was difficult was the noise from the street. It was quite loud and really didn't settle down except for maybe 3-4 am. He did supply ear plugs which helped. They helped a little too ,much because I overslept and missed the knocking at my door for the ride to the airport. lol.

The proprietor/ owner was absolutely fantastic! I actually stayed on two different nights at the same hotel when flying in and out. I arranged for him to pick me up and drop me at the airport. He could not be more obliging and the cost was very reasonable too. He also gave me advise on how to book a train into Rome and directed me where to go. The location was brilliant as it was so close to Campiano Airport. The room was spotless and comfortable. As a woman travelling solo the owner went out of his way to see that I was at ease and safe. On my second stay the owner gave me a large suite with internal bathroom which was super.

The breakfast was a little light, but for the price I paid for the stays, I was more than satisfied. The area around the hotel is a little run down and not a place I would wonder around at night. However there was no reason to with the hospitality I received

Traveling with 2 kids, just for a transfer for another flight from Ciampino Airport. The staff was very friendly and available for us - the owner himself, Maurizio, tooked us from/to Ciampino airport even in the early morning (4:30 a.m) - I really apreciated this. We booked a triple room with a private bathroom that is accros the room - no problem from us being there in out of season. The room and the bathroom were very clean and regarding the space it was more than enough for us. We had continental breakfast included - very useful in the early mornings... In the breakfast area You can find a coffee machine, tea, croissants, jam and butter, yogurts in the fridge, and more. There is a train station (Casabianca) next the location that can bring you to city center (Termini station) in 40 minutes! We had half a day to walk around Rome and it was great! Atention! The room was a little bit cool when we arrived, but being there in out of season, february, I can understand that it is not profitable to heat the whole house for a room. In the end, the room get a little warmer in the evening and at night and so we could sleep well.

Location is close to the airport. Good for overnight stay when there is early morning flight. The owner prepared a breakfast that is waiting for you in the kitchen.

Isolation doesnt exist. Walls are paper thin. You hear every noise, every loud conversation. Since it's close to the airport, planes sound like they are in the room. Owner provided the earplugs, so they work a little bit. There is no sidewalk to the airport, so you need to use a taxi to get to the airport. (about 15 euros)

Maurizio was so helpful in helping us to get to the B&B as we arrived quite late and he picked us up (and dropped us off) from the airport. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and the room was beautiful. I would highly recommend this B&B.

It was a little hard to travel into the city centre, we had to go to the airport everyday to get the bus. However I believe this is because one of the train stops was no longer in service (which was right outside the B&B so would not have been a problem at all if it was in service). There were bus replacements but they did not come that often.

Villa is located about 5 mins drive from the airport which makes it a really comfortable choice if you have a flight early next day. The host is very nice - he can ake you to the airport for 10 euros whenever you want (we drove there at 5.30 am).

If you arrive from Rome by train ensure you go to Casabianca station. Our train finished its route in Ciampino and we had to get to the villa by ourselves. No taxi was available so we took about 30 mins walk from Ciampino station to the Villa. For this walk don't choose the quickest path suggested by Google maps! You will end up going 1km along an airport wall and completely dark (at night) street. The pedestrian pavement suddenly ends 200 meters before the villa and then you need to walk on a side of a very busy road (not the most pleasant experience).

The bed was so comfy, better than my bed at home! The location is super convenient, right next to a train station (Casabianca) to travel into central Rome. Room had aircon and was very clean, as was the bathroom. Maurizio was the most amazingly helpful host and picked me up from the airport which made everything so much simpler! He also gave me a lift to pick up my friend from the other airport the next day for a very reasonable price. 10/10 would 100% recommend and will stay here next time!

You can hear flights going over, however at night they are infrequent and earplugs are provided. Thanks to the earplugs I slept beautifully!

Comfortable stay. Next to train station. Easy access and egress. comfortable. Excellent host Maurizio.

I like planes but property is directly located under the flight path for take off from Ciampino airport so you can only imagine the loud sounds; 6 am to about 10.30pm. Windows do vibrate and no insulation at all to absorb any of the jet plane sounds. Property is literally around the corner so it takes moments to get the train at Casabianca.

Maurizio was an exceptional host!!! Took us to the Airport at 4.30am for 10 Euros. The room was very big and clean and thankfully had an Airconditioner. The wifi was strong. Maurizio gave us an early breakfast too. The location was practically beside Casabianca Train Station which was a few stations from Termini and also Ciampino Airport. I would glad return and i highly recommend this bed and breakfast
